That nurse, Ms. Dover, was given the shot December 17th.
She claimed in a different reporting source that she has a condition that causes her to faint frequently. But, how she described the name she gave the condition is not what brings on the fainting spells associated with the condition, Sincope.

What she described there is not vagal response Syncope. What she's describing is Situational Syncope. A critical care nurse would know the difference.
