@Joseph77 on my phone this morning instead of my tablet. Tried to go back to find your post about God still doing miracles but limited on my phone(small screen). You showed yet it requires ALL and how it is not the church seen today but very different. Agree as it lines up with His word. A lot of verses...sorry. But it is there, yeah?
Revelation 16:15 Behold, I come as a thief.
Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame.
Watch...another that goes with watching is not to be “unaware” snared or taken. As the word says not drunk but sober “so that day come upon you unawares.”
Luke 21:34-36.
1 Thessalonians 5:3-4 For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape. [4] But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief. (Unaware)
Important in the above is “they shall say, Peace and safety” then sudden destruction...the broad road that leads to destruction.
Luke 11:21-22 When a strong man armed keepeth his palace, his goods are in peace: [22] But when a stronger than he shall come upon him, and overcome him, he
taketh from him all his armour wherein he trusted, and divideth his spoils.
Instead “Put on the whole Armour Of God” and “My peace I leave with you, not peace as the world gives”
Luke 18:22 Now when Jesus heard these things, he said unto him, Yet lackest thou one thing: sell all that thou hast, and distribute unto the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come, follow me.
Hebrews 10:33-34 Partly, whilst ye were made a gazingstock both by reproaches and afflictions; and partly, whilst ye
became companions of them that were so used. [34] For ye had compassion of me in my bonds, and
took joyfully the spoiling of your goods, knowing in yourselves that ye have in heaven a better and an enduring substance.
Matthew 24:45-51 Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his lord hath made ruler over his household(HIS goods), to give them meat in due season? [46] Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing. [47] Verily I say unto you, That he shall make him ruler over all
his goods. [48] But and if that evil servant shall say in his heart, My lord delayeth his coming; [49] And shall begin to smite his fellowservants, and to eat and
drink with the drunken;(not sober and watching) [50] The lord of that servant shall come in a day when he looketh not for him, and in an hour that he is
not aware of, [51] And shall cut him asunder, and appoint him his portion with the hypocrites: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
