Whenever I look things up online such as church history or specific evangelists or preachers or anything biblical, I find that most of the sources of the websites are contradictory to others. What are some good solid sources for this kind of information where it's historically accurate? I don't want to read articles about someones opinion but articles based on facts and history where it's based off of truth and not opinion of men.

I suggest you keep looking...and enjoy the search!

Below are some reliable resources to start. If you let me know what kinds of things you want to study I may be able to point toward more. Also, as Stumpmaster pointed out, download e-sword. There are many valuable resources such as trusted commentaries, lexicons. etc. The best part? Most of the modules are free. You can download the e-sword program here: http://www.e-sword.net/downloads.html

Thanks Stumpmaster and Nomad...good stuff! Nomad, if you know any good sources I was curious to study more on John Calvin, Charles Spurgeon, John Wesley and other well know preachers/evangelists.

As far as free internet resources that are trustworthy I would recommend the Hall of Church History. There you will find not only info on the men you mentioned, you will also find their writings, which is the best way to study them. For example, when you open the home page, scroll down to the bottom of the page. If you want to find out about Luther and Calvin, click on "The Reformers." For men like Wesley, click on "The Arminians." For Spurgeon, click on "The Baptists." I think you get the picture. Here it is:
