HAHAHA,
You see a spider on the wall. (its meant to be a spider, not a fly in the poll)
Do u
A - Smack it with something and dispose of remains
B - Grab the insect killer
C - Catch it and drain it down the sink
D - Catch it and release it outside
E - Others
Hey what about mosquitos... I feel like thats entering into self defence now, true... Has to be.
He is biting me look, drinking my blood, how else can i remove...
Unless someone can give a practical suggestion i think mosquitos went too far when they bit me and im at peace with instinct reaction to slap my skin...
And its not just a bite... They drink ur blood... U bite me and now you are drinkin my blood...
Im looking at you and you are still drinking... Surely now the mosquito has crossed the line, true...
What does Jesus do. Flick it away... WoW. I just asked myself what would he do and that was first thing i thought
Your still punishing punishing the creature aren't you, its an act of revenge.
Ok i'll try my best to remember that...
Even if a snake bites you in the bush, killing it would only be an act of revenge unless it still posed a threat.
They always retreat when they can and only strike us in defence.
Food. Im at peace with somewhat. No problem slaughtering an animal to eat, bible clearly says its all good...
Don't like the way mass farming treats some of its livestock...
The dairy/veal industry is the one that stirs up the most cognitive dissonance within myself.
Caged eggs is one thing i do, organic products (ones grown naturally) is something im starting to consider more these days too
Source organic suppliers that treat their livestock in a decent manner...
Oh but Jesus...
No excuse, have u even tried. Clue, market not supermarket...
True, chat with the store owners, learn a bit about the supply chain... God
Man, every time i ask what would u do he responds... In jail i wouldn't make any important descision without asking that and it worked everytime. Out here i forget to use it enough but he still here, he still responds when i ask
We have march flies out here, they bite and suck blood like a mosquito, but the bite feels 3 times worst than a mosquito, you feel the jab when they bite you like a needle.
They are also massive too.
Hi Cristo Rei,Ye for people overseas, the array of bugs and insects here in Oz is uncountable...
Im not joking. There are new ones found here all the time that were unknown to science... The Amazon is famous for creatures being found that are previously undocumented but we have our fair share too... A new spider i saw not long ago here in Oz... Gods evolution or unfound creatures???
But i was gonna get your attention cos not only are u bush but your near water which is an even bigger factor...
So then... What defence and extraction systems are in place in your house? Any creature friendly ideas?
Here in the UK we don't have any dangerous spiders to worry about, not like you on the other side of the world. My daughter, when living in Australia, innocently cast her dressing gown on the floor of the bedroom when getting into bed at night, and the next day when putting it on, was bitten on the ear by a poisonous spider which was caught in it's folds, and ended up in hospital. She didn't do that again!
I always put a glass over spiders, bees, wasps, flies, butterflies and moths, that get caught indoors, slide a paper under them and set them free outside.
There is an oil which spiders don't like apparently, called citronella (an insect repellent), which if placed in the four corners of the room will act as a deterrent, though I have not tried it.
I can envision myself possibly doing this someday because I don't like spiders

hahahahahahaaaaa
Hahahaha nice one... But there is minor issue which i hadn't considered... FLYs
The most maneuverable and aerobatic creature on earth, sea or sky...
So then... A revision of my bud extraction techniques need to be considered...
How do i escort a fly out of my home into its home???
I haven't google it yet. Why not. I dunno i like to see if i can solve a problem, or at least have a plan for it, and then seek other ideas...
So far my ideas have been focused more on defense strategies... I could lay a steel ring around my home with high power repelant...
As soon as they sniff it they turn the other way, no harm done...
Its a matter of choosing one. Must be effective but i don't want the place to smell like nuclear fallout either...
Extraction of airborne creatures is something im still thinking about, almost given up. Ye i have given up... LoL....
How.. Any ideas???
I say kill the little monsters! lolWe have march flies out here, they bite and suck blood like a mosquito, but the bite feels 3 times worst than a mosquito, you feel the jab when they bite you like a needle.
They are also massive too.
Ah i can see that @Josho chose others... Please elaborate...
But im shocked by @April_Rose... Awww... I had this image of a sweet conservative girl who wouldn't hurt a fly.
U don't have to kill the spider do u??? I know u must hate spiders, most of us do. Their dangerous and creepy.
My mum says it makes her skin crawl, as if its crawling on her. She can't even see a snake on TV so she turns away.
Some people are as fascinated by insects as i am of birds...
We are made in Gods image but i still have the feeling that he loves his creature, even the ugly creepy crawly ones
Look... U got a cute voice, we all do, we use it with babies, kids, pets. Or even more advanced cute voices, l like using Mogwai u know the gremlin.
So get u cute voice, Mogwai , and say this...
Please don't kill me cos im ugly... Pleeeeeesssseeeeee
I don't want to scare you or bite you...
God loves me too... Awww look in his eyes
His name is Lucas the worlds cutest spider. Its not real. Its animated to help people with arachnophobia, i just learnt...
So what do u say April? Was i able to draw some compassion for Lucas, for spiders? Its not his fault??? Aprils grace?
Ladies are considered to be much more graceful than men... Is it still true or is it an old fashion view
A friend of mine was stung on her thumb by a spider. She was in much pain for days and had swelling. I say squash em.Aww,.. that's not fair he's SO cute!! Number one I'm made to dispose of spiders in the house and second of all I don't kill them when they're outside, but once they come in the house squish!! Then it's fair game in my mind. That's just how I was taught lol

Snakes are not a problem really, you leave them alone they will not bother you unless at times of the year with some they may go you. our cat would bring small snakes in the house.Did your mom ever deal with any snakes? I hear you down under folks have alot of them...and alot are poisonous.
