Hey there.
Today was beautiful here..all our windows open. But we still have heart on until about 10am. Then the sun starts having heat in it.

I managed to get another hour or so out weeding...it felt good...though we did have a very heavy frost last night. x

WOW!!!!! windows open ? WOW !!!!!

It get's cool , [ in the house ] when the children open the doors to go out and play......
3 of them do not do that any more but the rest,,,,,, "5" of them still do this.
[they are in there teens.]
I'm living with my younger son and his wife and 8 children....

Well we finally got a little bit of much needed rain...
but it is dark , cloudy and cold today.
I may dress warm this afternoon and go out and do some gardening.

It is so nice to not be cumbered with hats, scarves, heavy coats and boots these days. @Grams don't you find walking far easier without them...I do I don't puff as much haha!

Greetings from Wales!

Today has been sunny, but it grew cold in the afternoon.

I love these autumn days, with the colours that this season brings.
(Season of mists and mellow fruitfulness)

Years ago, the company I worked for, specified/ordered weather proof enclosures for equipment that we were purchasing from NZ, but the enclosures were only suitable for misty rain and were totally unsuitable for the weather over the ditch where the equipment was to be used.

We have been having "rain" experiences where I live and when I mow the day after the "rain," all that I am creating is a dust storm because the rain is burned off by the sun.

The rain in NZ is simply the result of living in the low long clouds that engulf NZ right down to sea level.

Sadly for the people on the other side of the ditch from NZ, we are providing the rain that is enveloping NZ at present and not gaining any benefit from the rain that falls here.
