What's the Weather Like in your part of the world Right Now?

I'm in my 5th winter season in the state of Florida. Been in Florida for 4 years now, and will be 5. I still hate it here. I miss being somewhere that had 4 seasons. Having 4 seasons is better. Seeing/having weather or temperatures that are sunny and warm too much gets boring. Plus, I don't really have much to do where I am at.

I'm not sure what it's like to be in summer constantly, but I think it would be pleasant for retired people. We are in summer atm. It is hot but not Florida hot. NZ weather is mainly comfortable. It's early morning and 62F. It can climb to around 85.4F in some areas during summer and get down as low as 14F during the wintertime. It rains alot here, that is why it's so green.

Here in the NC Piedmont, we had cold rain in the morning, which changed to snow in the afternoon, which then melted in the late afternoon, and then refroze on the front steps after the sun went down.

It's 22F (-5C) here, and the National Weather Service has issued a black ice warning. Good thing it's a US holiday and I don't have to go to work.

This place is on fire. Between 25 and 40 over the last couple weeks. Centigrade. No green grass here unless you hose the garden. Brown, dry, dull, underwhelming. But I love the heat.

One time while in Queensland, we were travelling up past Brisbane and it was 104°F. I had a migraine most of the time because of my long hair. Every time we stopped and got out of the car. I love the heat but not the kind where you can crack an egg on your head and it will sizzle.

Fires and floods here in Oz lately....weirdest weather I have ever seen....hot one day...cold the next.
Baking sun, 40 C, (104 F) then flooding rain and it can drop to 21 (70 F) In a matter of moments. It’s supposed to be summer but the seasons are changing and not for the better.....unpredictability is making it hard to plan anything. What to wear...where to go....the plants don’t know what season it is...very frustrating.

They keep forecasting snow but we've seen very little and what did settle was soon gone.

I got a National Emergency Alert just now from the Civil Defence Emergency Management Team for my region.
I am in the RED ZONE. Heavy rain warning. I am prepared to move out if things become dangerous as per the CD strategy.

Update: Our Regional Mayor has issued a Civl Defense setup location for members of my community who need to evacuate.

I cannot believe it is summer and we are getting heavy rain warnings...

We use WW11 air-raid sirens for our local fire department. It has been going off all day. It's either in an accident, a fire or a rescue.

It's been pleasant temperatures here in Los Angeles. Since it's not Summer sun, it's just mildly warm...upper 70s F.

But this week it's going down to upper 60s F. And very slight rain on Thursday.

I rememberHB rain vividly. Not only can it be heavy, but can last for several days.

It's been a very mild 10C here today but very wet. Luckily there was a short dry spell which enabled me to put out my bin without getting wet.

I remember when growing up the siren at the fire department was used to call in the volunteer firefighters. It's changed since then.

I think it's the same here but am not completely sure. Well, the weather is grey outside but not raining. I'm not sure what the damage is but I'm hoping the storm has passed.
