no one what?

The key point is that the US Constitution was made for people to have freedom of their religious beliefs which were PRIMARILY that of christian origin but not limited to such.

The other Key point is that any religion that is contrary to the 1st Amendment is unconstitutional and is in violation of the freedoms allowed to us by the US Const.

Shariah law is UNCONSTITUTIONAL as is the RCC, which is the MAIN REASON why we have the US Constitution = to limit and remove their power over the people of the US.

Since we have not abided under the US Const, those who want our destruction have been given free roam.

The constitution does not condone religious prejudice.
RCC Roman Catholic Church....The constitution was written during a time when there were very few Catholics in this country.

There are black churches that hate America, should we get rid of them too.

But we need to prosecute and give long prison sentences for all these chaos mobs.

The thing that made America different than anyone else was freedom.
But now a days you have leftist-democrat judges that hate this country and favor criminals and illegal aliens over good people.

1st Amendment gives freedom to religion
Religion is not entitled to incite violence, murder, arson, and other such deeds that violate the rights of the people.

Religion that seeks to undermine the US Constitution is not permitted in Gov, Political Office and Law enforcement.

Anyone or any religion that seeks to undermine the US Constitution is TREASON.

Great question about Muslim & Hindus & Jews

Simple answer is that no one should hold any political, military or law enforcement positions when their allegiance/religion/beliefs is to destroy the USA, including the undermining of the US Constitution.

They can have free speech under the 1st Amendment until it reaches the point of creating violence.
True. Until it reaches the point of seeking to manifest global islamism. Which it seems to accomplish by means of religious Islam.

Written evidence from Usaama al-Azami, PhD Candidate, Department of Near Eastern Studies, Princeton University; and Research Fellow at the Markfield Institute of Higher Education, Leicestershire, UK.

Area of expertise: modern Islamic political thought. (ISL0048)

NB: A list of recommendations may be found on p. 7 below under the heading Conclusions

Right, not all Muslims are violent....There is no way you can constitutionally take action against a religion.

Yes you can and it is very SIMPLE

Example: Shariah law is UNCONSTITUTIONAL = therefore it is NOT permitted in the USA

Gay Pride is a religion that is permitted under the 1st Amendment but cannot suppress, in any way, the Rights of Heterosexuals in any area of commerce, education, politics, law enforcement and military.

Heterosexual union between a man and a woman can never become subservient to Gay Pride/Homosexual Agenda in any area of society.

To allow such would be a violation of the US Constitution = which was founded upon the Holy Scriptures and the LAW of NATURE

The Law of Nature, often referred to as Natural Law, is recognized in the U.S. Constitution as a foundational principle that underpins the rights and liberties of individuals.
It serves as a moral and legal basis for just civil laws, reflecting the belief that human laws should align with universal moral laws inherent in nature and recognized by God.

The laws of nature—also called natural law—are not themselves a written constitutional law, but they are the philosophical and moral foundation upon which the U.S. Constitution and its principles are built.

Shariah law is a Muslim law not a US law. But I would think it is abuse against women.

Homosexually is not a religion. Technically oral and anal sex is unlawful in many states considered sodomy.

Yep. But when this happens....

“11 And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon. 12 And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed. 13 And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men, 14 And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live. 15 And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed. 16 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: 17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. ”
Rev.13:11-17

.... why really will be the ones charged with treason? The government imposing the laws of worship, the church sponsoring it, or the people refusing to obey?
