That was the hope, but it is not so or all the people who are under Satan's power, would then be so but they are not, because they are of there Father the Devil, now that does not mean that such under Satan's influence are always seen as bad people, but that they are lost and under the powers of Sin, they may be seen to be as good, but Satan can come across as an Angel of light to the unbelievers who can only see things in a worldly way, for they do not have the Holy Spirit within them. such will only mock the Holy Spirit.
Anyone who is a Socialist has a foundation built on a works based and is always not in tune with the Holy Spirit but of only mans works.

This would make the earlier fulfillment a symbol of a similar situation the future.
