Not at the second coming which is when the one man of sin is destroyed by Jesus.

2 Thessalonians 2 is about the day of Christ, "the day dawning and the day star arising in our hearts". If it was about the day of the Lord the bible would have said - That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Lord is at hand.
