It has been 2000 years now, since these ancient letters had been written, @RLT63.

With respect to you, you can continue to believe that Satan is still around today if you would like to, however.

Perhaps 1000 years is not 1000 years, but just the total amount of years to come to fruition (40 years), it's like saying,

"There is 1000 keys on this key ring, when there is only 40",

It's already been 2000 years past and still counting...

Human beings are evil by nature, we are children of wrath. You can claim it still hasn't happened yet if you want, but it's been 2000 years now, and human beings, and darkness stil has not went away, but Satan and his demons. Seem to have been done away with as the promises of God foretells.

However, many do not believe that promise has come to furition, and that is fine, you may believe what you want.

I haven’t seen a one word government, the mark of the beast or the Antichrist so those events are still in the future so is the binding of Satan

While ill respect whatever viewpoint one mat have, its been 2000 years, and people become part of the kingdom spritiually today, and if it is true about Jesus to have his enemies put beneth his feet, and God promised to have him done away with.

Why do you, or people in general, need to believe that the “Character in the bible known as Satan to be still around”,

What is the benefit of that?

There people out by human nature today that can accuse; and also harm others, are they not considered oppressers who are in need of Christ?

I have watched countless documentaries on people who murdered there familes, murdered children and murdered there friends.

Are they all demon possessed?

Sometimes a person may just want to release themselves. All things are lawful but not all things benefical (excess). Human beings in porn normally consent to a set money value, there are those who harm, kill and rape though, but those thoughts and temptations come from the heart, not Satan…

It seems that humans make their own choives and some choices bring forth sinful actions.

Are junkies in the street, demon possessed, are mentally ill people demon possessed, are transexuals demon possessed?

Or all of these people having stuggles in life and making their own choices?

Or is Satan in the back ground of the world waving his hands over it smiling still?

God promise was true or it wasnt concerning his defeat.

Could of these things happened in the past?

So many people live in fear.

Faith in Jesus Christs victory over all things for the world.

But not everyone believes he has.

It brings true liberty, but what do you think about it and what is it you are waiting for @Lambano?

Are they demons though? Or is possession of the World and the lust of the eyes, lust of the flesh and the pride of life at play, that affects the Human Soul?

I dont believe in demons being around anymore nor do I believe Satan is still around; but spirits of the world i do, and the affect the soul of people. Satan and his angels are done with, according to promises of God.

However its up to people to trust God and the Lord in those manners.

The promise of Apostle Paul to the people at rome was that Satans head would soon be crushed,

Is that a lie?
Is it a lie that upon the return for the people in that generation that Satan who ruled the world then would be done away with?

One must think critically and retrospectively at the content,

All in good faith, and love to any and all, you may freely believe what you want about these subjects and I wont condemn you as though you are crazy, or out of line but I am not afraid to challenge modern day thinking; and i will love you irregardless.
