Seriously awful? Big projects getting cancelled, delayed?
Siemens says 30% of installed turbines are defective and dangerous, must be replaced.
Very difficult to move the power to where needed.
There are problems, plus I was wondering why whale deaths are up and I think is due to the noises the turbines make.
However, they do seem to be going ahead with these regardless.

Kinda strange. Most power lines come from nuclear plants, which have tremendous power pressure. The problem of connections is when to switch the grid over to wind from nuclear. Look at it this way. You have electricity, when it goes out, you have a generator. The generator and power company can't run at the same time. Its one or the other.

I saw this problem many years ago, when solar panels were being pushed. I had to tell people you need batteries too, to store the energy from the panels and converters to stabilize the power. Plus the problem of electrical fires, because 10 batteries (10x12volt =120v) need a separate room with ventilation because of acid battery gases. Not to mention the cables to connect them.

Customer electricity prices to skyrocket could be the reasons for wind project demises.

The Electric Car Transition E-Revolution being forced on us by the likes of politicians Biden and the 'green laws' they pass which are in reality not green, will be very expensive to use.

small excerpt
Clearly, the industry is in disarray, facing rising costs, durability, and legal issues. An 800 MW project similar in size and the current guaranteed price to Skipjack 2 may raise Delaware residential electric prices by $400 to $545/year and for businesses by the tens of thousands. A Monmouth University poll shows a major decrease in public support for offshore wind in New Jersey, falling from 84% to 54% with 40% opposed.

The project costs, the consumers eventually bear that price, if everything is approved and it is finished you will pay those exorbitant prices for green's peace. But for them it will never be enough. This is all about climate targets and ideology and not about you and your quality of life, of course they will dispute that claiming this is existential.

the rush to net zero lunacy

In the US it is no different, with Biden’s goal of having electric vehicles representing half of all new vehicles by 2030. But today the charging network does not exist and many multifamily units (just like Europe) , especially in urban areas, have become charging deserts. If only the automotive industry was more vocal about the net zero madness. But sadly they have bought into this lie, despite the damage it is doing to their own industry. Common sense is once again sacrificed on the altar of ideology.

The mostly unsaid real goal is to force people out of cars altogether.
If you are not a rich elite person, think about the future they are planning for you. As in you will own nothing, and you will be happy....
One of their own, Harari, is saying the poor be given mind altering drugs and video games till they die off as they are not going to be needed or wanted in their planned utopian future. Technology will eliminate the need for a working class of people, they become the useless eaters.

False ,,,,,,where does this come from? No one is switching from nuclear to wind or solar. (I'll take that back. Germany was stupid enough to try ...)Wind Farms and Solar Farms don't generate without a source providing power to the transmission line running to the interconnect substation to transport the power production. That wind farm chews up a lot of power when the motors are engaged to turn the propellers.

Anyone that watched Jaws or ventured into Marine Biology knows .....the mechanical vibration causes sharks to bite motors on boats. Each tower is vibrating in the water. The vibration causes a short circuit in a whale's capacity to use it's communications capability, hence dead whales on the shore lines. Ever been to a Wind Farm? We had problems with cattle on a ranch using the cooling fins on transformers as back scratchers, cow scratches, fins break and oil leaks .....While we were there in Oregon ....two Coeds spent their summer doing bird kill studies on the wind farm. Coming back in each evening their pickup was full of birds killed the day before. What irritated me ...... the kill boards for the government report was nowhere near what the girls had recorded ......
