My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous:
Who has an advocate with the Father? The born again? The not born again?
The born again do. The unregenerate do not have Jesus as their intercessor, not until they come to faith and receive Him.
Why do they need an intercessor? An advocate with the Father? IF any man sin . . .

Jesus came to Speak The Truth, AND DIVIDE. (Luke 12:51)
Hear Jesus’ Word,
Believe it or Not, that is the Divide.
Keep hearing, believe, doubt, wonder....(remember the disciples)?
Challenge the Lords Truth...(remember Judas)?
Believe, Believe, Believe...hey, world is scary, wars, diseases, fears...
Why, why, why, God, why did my child, my son, have to die?
Where were you God, when men were on the battlefields calling out to you?
Belief falters, hope is in Luck. Lucky it rained, Lucky deals, ??
WHO is the ADVOCATE, when men first begin believing and doubt?
Jesus.
WHO is the ADVOCATE, when men Believe, then fall into temptations, are afraid, challenge God?
Jesus.
WHO petitions God on a mans behalf when he is Believes, but is weak?
Jesus.
Over and Over and Over, IN Jesus NAME does God Hear the Prayers of UN-Saved men.
Men who BELIEVE on the day they die, “become” Saved then.
Be they dead now, or during the Tribulation, IF they Believe, they Shall be Saved.
But what DID Jesus reveal? A gift of Salvation can be HAD by a man WHO GIVES His LIFE, as a LIVING SACRIFICE (crucified with Jesus).
That is a SERVICE a man can WILLINGLY, FREELY Choose to do, or not.
That SERVICE is effected by a man WHO calls on the Lord, and gives His YES is YES. A true Heartful declaration of His Belief. His own sorrow for having HAD NOT believe, and his own declaration He does Believe.
Thereafter, Christ (the power of God, the seed of God, the Quickener of God) Changes that man instantly. No ceremony, no ritual, no water, no crowd, no banquet, no trinkets...is required.
That “divided” man WITH the Lord Jesus, has become A man “separated” unto the Lord God “forever”.
Will Jesus continue to be that mans ADVOCATE, taking every prayer to God on your behalf? No.
Examine John 16 closely, on what days, what will occur for individuals.
John 16:

23] And in
that day ye shall ask me nothing. Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall ask the Father
in my name, he will give it you.

in my name: ask, and ye shall receive, that your joy may be full.

25] These things have I spoken unto you in proverbs: but the time cometh, when I shall no more speak unto you in proverbs, but I shall
shew you plainly of the Father.

that day ye shall ask
in my name: and
I say not unto you, that I will pray the Father for you:
Huh? Why not?

27] For the Father himself loveth you, because
ye have loved me, and have believed that I came out from God.

I came forth from the Father, and am come into the world: again, I leave the world, and go to the Father.
Whose name is Above all other names?
Who is your God you are praying TO?
Remember Jesus speaking to Philip?
John 14:
[
8] Philip saith unto him, Lord, shew us the Father, and it sufficeth us.
[
9] Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip?
he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Shew us the Father?
Some men are all hip to the idea to SAY, Jesus IS God, others bite their tongue for fear of criticism to SAY Christ the Lord Jesus IS the Lord God Almighty.
Believers, having NOT become Converted, STILL Have an Advocate, can still sin, can still fall away.
I am Converted, I am already “separated” unto God.
I am “not” sinless, (as other would like to declare for me).
I am freed from Sin, and can sin no more.
At no time, can I ever again be Against the Lord God Almighty.
I pray Directly to my Lord God Almighty, who has sealed me unto Himself.
