Not cast out yet per the Revelation 12:7-17 Scripture...
We MUST stick to the Biblical context in Rev.12:7-17 about his casting out of the Heavenly dimension down to earth in our dimension...
Rev 12:7-15
7 And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,
8 And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven.
Many of my Christian brethren have difficulty with understanding the two different dimensions of existence, this earthly one we live in, and the Heavenly one where God and the angels live, including Satan and his angels, with all in the Heavenly behind a type of invisible veil we cannot see.
That is the idea of this event with Satan being cast out of the Heavenly dimension after that future war in Heaven. When that happens, there's only one other place Satan and his angels can go, and that is to OUR earthly dimension. So he is coming, like Lord Jesus said, and we will see him right here on earth.
9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.
That "dragon" is simply another one of Satan's many titles. When he and his angels are cast out of Heaven, it means they have to come here, to our dimension, and they won't be invisible, because only in the Heavenly dimension can one be behind the invisible veil.
10 And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, "Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of His Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night."
The reason why that is said, in Heaven then, is because Satan and his angels will no longer be allowed to appear there. Until this casting out event in our near future, Satan will be able to accuse us before God's Throne in Heaven. As of right now, Satan is still going before God's Throne.
11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.
That above verse solidly places the timing of this casting out event. That event of those overcomers that love not their lives unto the death is about those of the 5th Seal of Revelation 6. That's about those of us that will be delivered up during the coming "great tribulation". That puts this casting out event at the 'end', for the "great tribulation" timing.
12 Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.
In several places in New Testament Scripture, the idea of the "great tribulation" time is given in the symbolic sense of "one hour". Even the ten kings that rule with the beast (king) it is said will give their power to the beast for "one hour". That "short time" is thus a symbolic reference to the time of "great tribulation" for the very end of this world. Thus by that, it automatically associates Satan being cast out of Heaven with the coming tribulation, and his playing the role of the Antichrist for the end.
13 And when the dragon saw that he was cast unto the earth, he persecuted the woman which brought forth the man child.
14 And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent.
That "a time, and times, and half a time" is given in the Book of Daniel about the latter half of the symbolic "one week" of Daniel 9:27. It is equal to 1260 days, or 42 months. Per Rev.11 and Rev.13, the Gentiles are to tread the holy city for 42 months, and the dragon is reign over all nations and peoples for 42 months. That is about the coming "great tribulation" time at the very end.
15 And the serpent cast out of his mouth water as a flood after the woman, that he might cause her to be carried away of the flood.
KJV
Per Revelation 9, what the locusts cast out of their 'mouths' is where their power is we are told. What comes out of one's mouth? Words! So this water as a flood out of the serpent's mouth (Satan), is about Satan coming to play false-Messiah with deceiving the whole world into believing he is God. Christ's faithful elect will NOT believe it though, and many of our own brethren will persecute us because they will wrongly believe on that false one thinking he is Jesus Christ having come.
