The challenge in Christianity is not to love Jesus, it's to love Judas.

ok, so what happens if you di. and you refused to do this. where you saved?
Our salvation has nothing to do with us, or anything we can do.
Salvation was what God did for us on the cross.
Unless you believe the Atonement was incomplete somehow.

1 John 2:2 NIV
He is the atoning sacrifice for our sins, and not only for ours but also for the sins of the whole world.

That's spiritual extortion.
It's not a free gift if it is "hell to pay" for not receiving it.

What we deserve? For not receiving a free gift?
What's wrong with this picture?

/
lol

Again. If I am drowning and someone comes to rescue me and does not charge me for it. but I reject his offer and die. it was still a free gift it was paid by the giver..

no one is ever obligated to recieve a gift. It is not work or a charge to say yes, thank you I take it.

sorry

Jesus said we must believe, if we do we are born again

if we do not, we remain condemned.

I do not make up the rules. God did.

The claim of a free gift is a biblical contradiction.
Jesus said we need to count the cost. Nothing free about that.

And completely out of touch with the demands of the church.
You said your church expelled people for not towing the line. (not your words)

Luke 14:28 NIV
“Suppose one of you wants to build a tower.
Won’t you first sit down and estimate the cost to see
if you have enough money to complete it?

That's a common claim of evangelicalism that seems baseless for the most part.
How is this "mass rejection" measured?

/
really?

Have you ever spoke to people and ask them if they trust Christ?

What about the muslims, who are out there today and say the only good christian is a dead christian.

or how about the jew. who still today, reject Jesus,

again you confuse me by what you say

How is it measured by christ.

here is what Jesus himself says

John 3: 18 “He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. 19 And this is the condemnation, that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. 20 For everyone practicing evil hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his deeds should be exposed.

This is WHY they reject Jesus

Thats what the word tells us to do.

1 Cor 5: 5 It is actually reported that there is sexual immorality among you, and such sexual immorality as is not even [a]named among the Gentiles—that a man has his father’s wife! 2 And you are [b]puffed up, and have not rather mourned, that he who has done this deed might be taken away from among you. 3 For I indeed, as absent in body but present in spirit, have already judged (as though I were present) him who has so done this deed. 4 In the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, when you are gathered together, along with my spirit, with the power of our Lord Jesus Christ, 5 deliver such a one to Satan for the destruction of the flesh, that his spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord Jesus.

In the end everyone will acknowledge Jesus is Lord. They will all be believers.

/
well of course, when they see him face to face.

But then it is to late.. God will judge them who are delivered to him.

And those not found written in the book of life are cast to hell..

Is that what Jesus said? Afterwards? Or before?

Luke 14:28 NIV

I don't have enough money, Thats why I need to be like the tax collector to cry out to God for mercy.

Jesus said you must become poor in spirit (bankrupt) to enter the kingdom.

if you could pay for your own salvation then Christ would not need to die

That's debatable.
Remember the Harrowing of Hell?
It has happened before. It can happen again.

/
Who would deny Christ when they realize heaven is real?

Again, At the great white, every will profess christ. but at the same time, they will be cast into the lake of fire..

Do you think a Muslim would say they believe Jesus died for their sin so they could be saved would say yes?
Again, that's the wrong question.
Do they reject Jesus? No, they honor him as a Prophet.
They say that when he returns he will set the Christian church straight on all their error.
