Proverbs 3:5-6 is often quoted to me, but I don't how easily I can follow it with the life I have left. I do have life left, maybe what I should be imagining is God blessed by it, in some way (He has given me so much, I almost drown in good things, for which to praise Him).

Recently I matured in way that I stopped seeing women as "objects" (and not persons).

Imagine what God has yet to reveal, if something that plays such a huge part in our lives, can change!

But one thing i do know , all flesh dies and also that the coming of the LORD DOES DRAW NIGH.
How about this for wisdom , I KNOW HOW TO LIVE FOREVER and NEVER DIE

sort of suggests that we have to preserve our childhood for old age and that if we do, that will please God.

‘To preserve our childhood for old age’
This is only my opinion but consider if we only look at preserving our childhood for old age maybe me miss the bigger picture of preserving the childhood of Christ.

Consider all the passages on “babes in Christ”, newborns, not fully grown nor matured, —sometimes seen as hopeless and useless—but ‘needful’ = ‘those still in need of milk not yet grown and able to handle the meat. Passages on having to still be spoken to as carnal not yet Spirit, but …don’t harm the ‘little children’. More passages on the strong ought to support those who are weak and yet without knowledge of Christ. This all could fit your definition also of “to preserve our childhood for(growth and maturity unto) old age’ -which is pleasing to God whose Will is that they (you) bear Fruit. Consider Jesus taught on “preservation of childhood” unto maturity when He told Peter “do you love Me? feed My sheep.” And “satan has asked to sift you as wheat, Peter. But I prayed that your faith fails not. When you are converted (return again) strengthen your brothers.” Paul taught on preservation of “childhood” unto old age when he sat in the temple with a brother who lacked knowledge and was too afraid to eat, sitting with a brother who was ‘weak’ —Paul demonstrated preservation of the youth or childhood for old age in saying “if I use my knowledge to harm one who is weak for whom Christ died, I so sin against Christ” to me that says Paul was more concerned with preservation of a child for who Christ died and preservation of that weaker brother unto maturity of old age in Christ, knowing this was more profitable than using the knowledge of Christ as a weapon to destroy. instead the knowledge of Christ edifies the weaker brother towards, preservation of the childhood of Christ unto “the stature of a full grown man”

Somehow I would like to develop a "young spirit", but I don't know where the Bible supports that idea

the eldership of the Church

Eldership of the church to me is preservation of the childhood of the children of Christ unto full growth in Him.
