I went carnivore for a month and I felt amazing. I want to get back on the bandwagon soon.
I've been 99% carnivore for over 3 years now. After 6 years on keto, eating all those veggies, my digestive system shut down and my food was going straight through without digesting. I had to do a liquid version of carnivore for a few months ...real bone broth with chuck roast blended into it ...and raw heavy cream, raw cheese, collagen powder, etc. I lived on that until my digestive system healed and I could eat solids again. I did use digestive enzymes, digestive bitter herbs, and a product called Beet Flow to help my liver begin producing bile again. If I veer back into keto (like during holidays), I go backwards. But on carnivore, my muscles are stronger, balance has greatly improved, endurance has increased, pain levels have decreased by about 85-90% ....except upon re-injury. But I do heal faster.

Yes ...I forgot about the skin changes. I had a skin condition that went away, as well as thicker and faster growing hair. My hair is almost always to my waist, or nearly to my waist. I trim a couple of inches every few months. lol

I'm going to post a praise report. I had a dental appointment today for teeth cleaning. I had minimal buildup so the cleaning wasn't dramatic. They did an exam and said everything looked fine and my gums looked very healthy and to keep up the good work. I had previously had a lot of buildup and receding gums. My oral health has made a turnaround! Praise God!

I think a lot of it is because of my high protein, high fat diet. I don't eat sugars, even "natural" sugars in fruits and starchy foods. That helps a lot. But too, I prayed before I went bc I have had past dental trauma (a common torture in MK Ultra) and always dread dental appointments. Today was nice.

Did I say anything about vegetarianism, Pavel? Did I say anything about any Church? How have you joined the dots?
HEARING Pavel, is critical if one wants understanding. If you are not aware of your assumptions, poor hearing/seeing....as you have demonstrated is inevitable.

For me, I dealt with several trauma-injury related conditions like costochondritis, Tietze Syndrome, Thoracic Outlet Syndrome to name a few. There were times when I couldn't lift my head off the pillow or use my arms because of dislocations (shoulders, base of skull issues) ...dislocated ribs and hips, twisted spine, etc, and often had to use crutches. But as of almost 3 years ago (after being on carnivore) my pain levels are down about 85-90% ...my balance is restored, have more muscle tone, better muscle strength ...and I'm not using crutches. I praise God every time I have to reach an upper cabinet and my shoulders work, and my ribs aren't feeling like they're crushed.
For trauma-injury, I cannot say enough about DMSO. It is my #2 go-to protocol, after MMS-CDS (ch lorine dioxide) - and the two can be taken together for synergistic effect.

Phew! LOL! Yes, I've heard many testimonials of people overcoming diabetes on carnivore. I have a family member who has gone "ketovore" and quickly reversed their diabetes ...quickly, as in one week. lol
Rambling here - 1) My garden has finally been cleared as a prep for the coming winter (here at NZ). But the gist is that gardens grow, well, vegetables and not proteins. So I've been doing what I need to do, which is mostly eating fish. This week, I have been setting up a run for my new but used trailer-mounted chicken coop, only because a friend of mine has a friend who is giving away 8 layers and I happened to mention the overall lack of protein in my diet. So here goes my chicken experiment (just gimme the eggs)... 2) Meanwhile, one of my clients is/was a diabetic type 2. I was making a post on this web site (at our local library) and she came up to me in angry tears and blurted, "I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired!" She was referring to the "necessity" of her daily insulin injections. Well, it was a divine appointment that started a several-month process, first involving deliverances, and then the long haul change in lifestyle/diet (more proteins, less foo-foo foods). While there are other issues now coming up (e.g. mercury amalgams to be removed), it's been an amazing change for her and her body. So this has been both a spiritual and a physical cleanse for her. I am saying that her "diabetes" has all but been cured, and the role of diet has been pivotal.

We are so soft in our approach to fitness. We go to the store and are free to choose from shelf upon shelf of (so-called) food sourced from around the world. It truly takes wisdom, discipline, to make choices that are right for us, rather than choices that only tickle the taste buds and wreck our health.

Just as amazing is how eating dead plants appeals to us!

Many denominations promote an essentially vegetarian diet (some might say because it's cheaper but it also keeps the sycophants weaker). I would rather eat meat and then fast going into warfare, than eat foo-foo carbs and try to fake it through.

Yeah. processed meat and processed foods in general aren't good for us.

We started carnivore yesterday. Went shopping today and got a huge boneless ribeye rack. We sliced it up and froze most of it. We also organized the refrigerator before I got anything.

Today I also made ketovore egg muffins. They turned out nice. I was really itching to go back on this diet. My energy has been terrible. I miss ketosis.

Yeah. processed meat and processed foods in general aren't good for us.
I just use olive oil and a/cider vinegar, but I always did anyway. ratio about 3-1-
- or you can use lemon instead of vinegar.

Yeah coming across this thread has made me think about looking in to this more.

I lost about 60 pounds on keto and then kinda got stuck where I couldn't lose any more.

So maybe carnivore would help me loose a little more so I can get to my goal - back to my high school ball playing weight!

At least I still have my hair!

I like the apple cider vinegar and lemon suggestion @PS95 made.
Yep- just be sure to get a good olive oil. There many fakes out there. Personally, I now use DeCecco extra virgin.
You can get a large tin (104 oz / 3 L) for $44 on amazon. That's a great price- the flavor is very nice.
There are others I like better but the prices are too high anymore. I use olive oil on on my veggies too and cook with it. I don't use non-stick coated pans. I was brought up on olive oil where I think most Americans use butter. It's a matter of what you get used to, I suppose.
Partanna xtra virgin is another good one, but I switched due to cost.
You can add a clove of garlic and herbs and a good hard cheese like, locatelli or parmesan-
use your smoothie blender and it grinds the garlic and emulsifies the dressing. I make it different every time- just play with it.
You can add plain yogurt too if you want creamy.
If you need it sweetened- you can always add some liquid stevia if you prefer.
