I've been 99% carnivore for over 3 years now. After 6 years on keto, eating all those veggies, my digestive system shut down and my food was going straight through without digesting. I had to do a liquid version of carnivore for a few months ...real bone broth with chuck roast blended into it ...and raw heavy cream, raw cheese, collagen powder, etc. I lived on that until my digestive system healed and I could eat solids again. I did use digestive enzymes, digestive bitter herbs, and a product called Beet Flow to help my liver begin producing bile again. If I veer back into keto (like during holidays), I go backwards. But on carnivore, my muscles are stronger, balance has greatly improved, endurance has increased, pain levels have decreased by about 85-90% ....except upon re-injury. But I do heal faster.I went carnivore for a month and I felt amazing. I want to get back on the bandwagon soon.
That's awesome. I noticed a decrease in joint pain, clearer skin, and a mental clarity that I hadn't had since I was a kid.I've been 99% carnivore for over 3 years now. Yes ...I forgot about the skin changes. I had a skin condition that went away, as well as thicker and faster growing hair. My hair is almost always to my waist, or nearly to my waist. I trim a couple of inches every few months. lolThat's awesome. I noticed a decrease in joint pain, clearer skin, and a mental clarity that I hadn't had since I was a kid.![]()
amazing how eating dead animals appeals to us!Thankfully, my husband, I and our roommate will be going back on carnivore for a while this weekend.
amazing how eating dead animals appeals to us!
He continues (explaining his initial experiments and the eventual shift that resolved it, while critiquing the source of the diet):“Just a little bit in 2019 I had a health scare... I was pre-diabetic um and I was what appeared to be in stage two progressing to stage three chronic kidney disease and I couldn't figure out what was going on especially when I'm following the precise diet that adventism proclaims... I was a vegan really bordering on the line of fruitarian and I couldn't figure out if I'm doing every everything right I'm eating this Genesis 129 diet the diet I have been told I should be eating as I seek to regain that sinless state why am I sick why do I feel badly and why are my thoughts foggy so long.”
This testimony ties his physical decline (pre-diabetes, advancing kidney disease, mental fog, feeling sick/deteriorating, malnutrition, underweight, lack of strength/endurance) directly to over-adherence to the SDA "ideal" vegan diet. He notes the cognitive and emotional toll ("aches and pains... impacts your thinking") and how fixing it with animal foods (per his biblical re-evaluation) brought dramatic recovery—more strength, better labs, mental clarity, and overall vitality at age 55+.“So long story short I started looking at some reasons behind this and without getting into too much detail I adopted a ketogenic diet I went high fat low carb still vegetarian uh no longer vegan introduced some eggs into my diet started feeling a lot better... but wasn't quite where I needed to be um at my age I in my height I wasn't weighing enough I it just I felt I was deteriorating and made the conscious decision a little over a year ago to reintroduce clean Meats back into the diet in particular ruminants cattle and sheep... and then I flipped the script because I was paying close attention to Genesis 9... why is it then a diet consisting of ruminant Meats as delineated so clearly in Leviticus 11 A Thousand Years After the flood... how could this be deleterious for mankind because some old woman from Maine said I was shown yeah I got a serious problem with that... [referring to Ellen White] ...I reintroduced uh the meat into my diet uh started getting into a strength training regimen and since that point I've put on 35 pounds my body fat percentage has gone up a few points I'm sitting at about 12 to 133% body fat and I've never felt better in my life U I'm I'll be 56 in July and my I'm stronger now than I was 30 years ago uh in fact I've never been this strong in the ability to move weight the ability to have the endurance that I have I attribute it not only to the training but I attribute it to the diet... ...and the diet aspect I just saw it like I said and it did much to strengthen my body my body was malnourished it was sick my my latest blood work from last October I talk about it in a video on my my other channel um it's night and day... ...and the irony is it was diet that brought me in that was the quote unquote entering wedge the right arm it ended up being a right hook for me but it it's what really took me out at the same time.”
Did I say anything about vegetarianism, Pavel? Did I say anything about any Church? How have you joined the dots?Well, we are a long way from Eden, we need more vitamins and minerals than people of centuries ago due to the soil being depleted and fruits and vegetables are less nutritious. You know people have gotten sick from the kind of vegetarianism and veganism that your Faith idealizes right? I had Grok find this guy whose name I had forgotten, he was a big guy in your Church, working with Doug Batchelor for years as a VP of Amazing Facts.
(from Grok).

Here is a lengthy, direct quote (with surrounding context for clarity) from Dr. Allen Davis himself, taken from his in-depth interview testimony on the SDAQ&A YouTube channel ("Amazing Facts VP Leaves Adventism - Dr Allen Davis," aired around 2023). He describes his 2019 health crisis while strictly following the SDA-promoted Genesis 1:29 vegan/near-fruitarian diet (the "health message" heavily emphasized at Amazing Facts and in Ellen White's writings). This is the exact personal account you're looking for—raw, detailed, and tied directly to the Adventist ideal he was idolizing at the time.

He expands on similar themes in follow-up appearances (e.g., "Investigating the Investigative Judgment: Part 2" and his Primal Truth/Primal Christianity channel videos, including the one titled along the lines of "7th Day Adventist Goes Carnivore After 25 Years of Veganism"), where he mentions additional issues like muscle injuries/atrophy/sarcopenia and inflammation from the overly restrictive plant-based approach. This guy's case is not isolated. There is actually research done by Loma Linda on the fertility of locals and vegetarianism and veganism have not been good for Adventist fertility.
For trauma-injury, I cannot say enough about DMSO. It is my #2 go-to protocol, after MMS-CDS (ch lorine dioxide) - and the two can be taken together for synergistic effect. For me, I dealt with several trauma-injury related conditions like costochondritis, Tietze Syndrome, Thoracic Outlet Syndrome to name a few. There were times when I couldn't lift my head off the pillow or use my arms because of dislocations (shoulders, base of skull issues) ...dislocated ribs and hips, twisted spine, etc, and often had to use crutches. But as of almost 3 years ago (after being on carnivore) my pain levels are down about 85-90% ...my balance is restored, have more muscle tone, better muscle strength ...and I'm not using crutches. I praise God every time I have to reach an upper cabinet and my shoulders work, and my ribs aren't feeling like they're crushed.
Rambling here - 1) My garden has finally been cleared as a prep for the coming winter (here at NZ). But the gist is that gardens grow, well, vegetables and not proteins. So I've been doing what I need to do, which is mostly eating fish. This week, I have been setting up a run for my new but used trailer-mounted chicken coop, only because a friend of mine has a friend who is giving away 8 layers and I happened to mention the overall lack of protein in my diet. So here goes my chicken experiment (just gimme the eggs)... 2) Meanwhile, one of my clients is/was a diabetic type 2. I was making a post on this web site (at our local library) and she came up to me in angry tears and blurted, "I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired!" She was referring to the "necessity" of her daily insulin injections. Well, it was a divine appointment that started a several-month process, first involving deliverances, and then the long haul change in lifestyle/diet (more proteins, less foo-foo foods). While there are other issues now coming up (e.g. mercury amalgams to be removed), it's been an amazing change for her and her body. So this has been both a spiritual and a physical cleanse for her. I am saying that her "diabetes" has all but been cured, and the role of diet has been pivotal.Phew! LOL! Yes, I've heard many testimonials of people overcoming diabetes on carnivore. I have a family member who has gone "ketovore" and quickly reversed their diabetes ...quickly, as in one week. lol
Just as amazing is how eating dead plants appeals to us!amazing how eating dead animals appeals to us!
Over time, Id like to post more videos, resources, and personal stories about this wonderful way of eating: carnivore!
That's why I use a little honey in my coffee in the mornings.Don't use any sugar
You'll lose more weight with a beans and rice meal.
I do disagree with his statement that processed meat is the same when he stated hot dogs and potted meat
I just use olive oil and a/cider vinegar, but I always did anyway. ratio about 3-1-What about carnivore salads?
What kind of dressing is best?
That's why I use a little honey in my coffee in the mornings.
It's the only time I use honey
Yeah but beans give me gas and I have to keep the windows in my house open ya know
Yeah. processed meat and processed foods in general aren't good for us.
I like the apple cider vinegar and lemon suggestion @PS95 made. What about carnivore salads?
What kind of dressing is best?
We started carnivore yesterday. Went shopping today and got a huge boneless ribeye rack. We sliced it up and froze most of it. We also organized the refrigerator before I got anything.
Today I also made ketovore egg muffins. They turned out nice. I was really itching to go back on this diet. My energy has been terrible. I miss ketosis.
Yes. I wish I were good at explaining how it works.Does eating carnivore get the body in to ketosis?
Yep- just be sure to get a good olive oil. There many fakes out there. Personally, I now use DeCecco extra virgin.I like the apple cider vinegar and lemon suggestion @PS95 made.
