There has to be safeguards in place and each case treated appropriately taking into account all of the available information.
Remember that this legislation would only apply to those with less than six months to live.
It wouldn't just be a free for all.
Unless you're cremated.
Cremation won’t make any difference. No one will escape justice.

Any rational human being must know that's a bunch of nonsense.
I guess for those who haven't received Christ Jesus as their Lord and Savior might be OK with that....heck, I only have 6 months to live, so, I'm my as well cash in my chips and "poof" off into non-existance.
Then again I have heard of instances where the doctor said you only have six months...or two months....and they say, "that was 10 years ago."
How is standing before your creator in your spirit and being judged a ridiculous nonsense?
Yes I get that, that's why it should be the patients choice, as I've already said there would have to be experts reviewing every application using all available information and evidence.
It's not something to be taken lightly, each and every case must be thoroughly examined so that there is no avoidable unnecessary suffering for the patient.

Hardly. It's not ridiculous when we've already accepted the existence of a God who created a whole universe ex nihilo. Recreating the likes of you and me from scratch would be child's play to a God who can do that. God knows us.
