Hi, sorry about the length, but you asked. It's not easy to put such big things into few words. Are you saying that we don't need the real presence of Him? That all we need is a temple, a priest and the scriptures? How is anyone saved, without having the presence in us ( and us In Him ), what did He die for then, if we are supposedly still as far from His actual presence we always were ?
I am not telling you that you have to believe me, I am trying to share that each of us, you included ought to seek the presence, receive it, and then you get to ask HIM and get answers from HIM, instead of humans, who we can't trust for all the truth all of the time, and thus we get really easy to deceive.
Yes He is always the same, but He can reach us in a million different ways, whether we are believers or not, as it turned out. Don't believe me, believe Him ! We all need that actual assurance in order to become like Him. He says that those of the truth, will recognize the truth when they hear it ( when they are born anew of The Spirit ).
Just do exactly as He said :" Ask, seek and knock." Not something you do to a book. Seek His face :)

To REBUKE someone is to express sharp disapproval or criticism of someone because of their behavior or actions. The action of PRAYING IN PUBLIC was rebuked by Jesus. He called people that do that HYPOCRITES.

You can only follow after your own heart. My communion is with His person, and with others I share the more traditional Bread and Wine. Indeed I have broken bread and had a sip of wine in His honor many times with just myself at home, and with my kids..
You don't have to believe me, you don't HAVE to do anything.......Jesus said :" The work YOU are given to do is to BELIEVE." So just believe Him, you should be fine.

You cannot be saved while rejecting His Church.

No one here rejecting His churhc just yours, something that seems to upset you. Find me sorry us, one place in teh bible that says you must be a "catholic: to be saved, in fact no where in teh NT does Jesus say you have to belong to His Church to be saved, as I said,

It is by grace we are saved, are you going to take up a fight with Jesus, seems thats all you do,

Act_9:4 And he fell to the earth, and heard a voice saying unto him, Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me?

I just know Him...I don't know what you want from me. You are , as is everyone else, just as capable of receiving from Him, as I did and do.... surely you can't seriously think I am the only one He has done this with...No, NO ! Jesus said :" WHOSOEVER will come to me." So will you ?

Sooooo, you DON'T think you have to be part of His Church??
That's NOT what Scripture says:

Col. 1:18
And he is the HEAD of the BODY, the CHURCH; he is the beginning and the firstborn from among the dead, so that in everything he might have the supremacy.

The Church is the FULLNESS of Christ (Eph. 1:22-23).

Oh - by the way - In Acts 9:4-5, Jesus asked Saul why he was persecuting HIM. Saul was persecuting the Church, which Jesus equates with His very SELF in this passage.

If you're not part of the Body, the Church - then you're NOT part of Christ.

Yes His church not yours that you insist on forcing everyone into at pain of death, in fact many will make it to Heaven on there death bed, no need to partake in mens false religions that make men like you so angry because we choose Christ. We are in His Church because we belong to Him, you are a catholic because you belong to the catholic Church which cannot and will never save anyone, why is it a problem to you that Jesus does not need your religion to save anyone, He did it with the thief on the cross, before you religion was even a bad thought in the minds of men.

By grace you are saved, what do you think will save you???

Bravo.....People who SWEAR by their institutions totally forget who the people are that they listen to and let control their lives. Certainly NOT the way Jesus made into be. Great posts on this subject all around. Good on you for your patience in trying, another sign of maturity in Christ.........:)
