I do love them. Not in the same way I love my spouse or you, but I do feel love for them. God loves them and demands (enables) it of us.

When I feel like I'm cold/hot, I don't decide I'm cold/hot. I just am.

When I am in a situation I feel like I am going to die don't decide I am going to have fear. It just happens.

When I see someone with an obvious injury (bones protruding, severe bleeding) I don't decide I am going to feel empathy for them and a need to help them. It just happens.

Maybe the third time is a ChArM: Where does scripture "clearly" say that we are not to go on feelings?

What you quoted isn't the only scripture passage that talks about being ONE: Romans 15:6, 1 Corinthians 1:10

How can we all be ONE if we have 100 different doctrines in 30,000 different churches? Paul told Timothy (2 Timothy 2:2) what I have told you teach to other men so they may teach other men. He didn't say, What I have taught you change it, modify it, teach it to others so that they may change it, modify it and teach it to others. Paul (and Scripture) made it clear they were all to speak as ONE, with ONE voice and ONE doctrine. When they were no longer teaching as ONE we ended up with The Council of Jerusalem. The decision at the Council brought all the Churches to ONE teaching/doctrine on the matter.

I was a "feeling" person, and God taught me slowly about faith.

Prov 3 "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths." I had to learn about the difference between trust v feel.
If we don't, we can feel that something is right...when it is totally wrong.
I cannot trust my 'feelings'.
It will probably not mean much to you...but this is how God led me.

Prov 28 " Whoever trusts in his own mind is a fool, but he who walks in wisdom will be delivered."

Faith and Trust balances out "Fear and Feel."
We have 'fear and fee'l in our life from childhood...but as we grow in the Spirit, then Faith and Trust take over.
If we allow feelings to lead us through life, we will quickly fall into the ditch.
NO, you are right...( but you know that) there is no verse that says-
< Don't walk by feelings, walk by faith. >
But when reading scripture it is right there over and over again.
It is one of the first things we learn from the Lord...the Faith walk.

When I am asked by the Lord why I didnt join teh catholic religion , I can honestly tell Him, that there was this man BOL who by his very own word exposed it wickedness and hatred for teh truth, who sought not to bring men to you but into prison by religion and whom placed many stumbling blocks for men. Who by his very own words, has rejected teh truth brought men into condemnation and called you a liar, rejected teh truth spoken to him and thereby rejecting you for you are teh truth and in You there is no lie.

One other thing, and this is of actual concern to me......How ARE you going to justify all the terrible things that have come out of your 'mouth' / 'hands' , toward the Lords children? When He asks you :" Have you loved My lambs? Have you loved My sheep"? What ARE you going to say back to Him ?
When you accuse someone, who has the Lord in them and them in the Lord, when you call them asinine ( as just one little example of the horrid things coming from you ) don't you understand that you are also calling the Lord asinine ?
