And when you break the law who is going to judge you the law or Jesus. havnt you figured it our yet. So many get caught up in it, Jesus was the only one who ever truly lived by the law, and according to the pharisees He constantly broke them.

well i guess He did, but then you aren't Jesus either

but to stay on the topic of your post, our laws have evolved since then, like everything else, and we now have allowance for grace in the law, you get a pass if you're speeding your wife in labor to hospital, etc, iow it is understood that the law is insufficient to cover every eventuality

1Ti_1:9 Knowing this, that the law is not made for a righteous man, but for the lawless and disobedient, for the ungodly and for sinners, for unholy and profane, for murderers of fathers and murderers of mothers, for manslayers,

Gal_3:12 And the law is not of faith: but, The man that doeth them shall live in them.

Gal_5:18 But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law.

If you are in Christ and in His righteousness than the law is not for you, it was never yours so why do you demand to have it???

I asked you an honest question about Jesus and you failed to answer it. That is OK. It is your prerogative to say yea or nay or no comment. I don't watch or read secular news other than the tid bits people sometime post on Christian forums such as this one. But to be clear:

this sounds great, but fails for more than one reason, the first one that comes to mind being that even if i would not steal, i also would have no concept of property rights, or other laws that those who are my neighbors rely on, that i cannot force to accept the grace model, see.

but i notice that you had no answer to (any of the about a thousand posts that you could not answer) the guy who hacked your arm off for dinner, bc he didn't like you, for instance. See, he has no law to follow, so what is your complaint going to be after he hacks your arm off?

another one you avoided is "you can do that, fine, but you cannot eat the fruit of knowledge and do that."

see, if i leave a piece of pizza on the counter and my dog takes it, he is not under the law, see, i cannot call the cops and have my dog arrested for stealing

It hurts me when I see kind people like yourself and @Richard_oti being called names or belittled as in some of these posts.
Some people just can't answer civilly or politely , which again is sad..especially in saying just now..

this is a false paradigm, as any little kid "stealing" candy down at his level in a store will assure you

But, I do happen to believe that all on this Site are ( maybe loosely) following the Lord with the amount of light that they have been given.
I see no blatant unbeliever....messed up ones, yes. Some maybe a bit off beam in how they believe ,what they believe, yes..but none who have chosen to follow the Prince of Darkness.

If you are getting hiurt it is because you are still alive. and its not about laying down your life for others.. Christians say Christ is my rock and sure defence. But Hes not you are. If someone knows how to push your buttons they dont have a problem you do. You need to become buttonless. Your in it for you still. Die to self already and stop being hurt. This is what you are all called to. Pick up your cross. You are kidding your self when you say I dont mind if they call me names . Thats simply not true. soon as I came in here you were in a fight. Now you are accussing me of the same as I accused you. You forget how deep you were in the fight when I first arrived. Then you said oh I am going to stop this Ally right. Now your back doing the same thing again with me. What is wrong with me asking people to back up what there teaching with scripture nothing. What it is .is you cant give scripture for your position on healing. So then you look for some other fault. to shift the blame. I seen it all the time with Christians who dont have an answer. Pick a fault and highlight it. That shows Christ is NOT your defence you are.

He is speaking about the Mosaic Law.
The Apostle Paul also said these words: from Romans 7: 25. "I thank God -- through Jesus Christ our Lord! So then, with the mind I myself serve the law of God, but with the flesh the law of sin." (emphasis mine)

ah, well my apologies, i guess we're done anyway. He can't answer simple Qs there, so i doubt he would like to go there anyway

everyone coming out of the deep south has been infected by the preachers there, seems like; they whack everyone's concept of law/grace, and like virtually none of those converts are able to confront the same Qs that he has to avoid, unfortunately. I've had this same convo about 50 times already, same results
