Only About 10% of Today's "Church" is Preparing the People for the End Days! What judgments will result from such failure?? Aprox. 25% of the Bible is prophecy=Don't ignore God's Word!!!

Yes but which "percentage of church" do you belong to?

From my observation, it would seem that you belong to the "90% Church." Why? Because of the errors that you believe in.

What do you think constitutes preparation for the end times?

I believe God's eternal living Word !! and you??

So then in your opinion only 10% of Christians believe in the word?

You have not answered the question and are already being defensive about something you yourself posted. What is your issue? No need to be dysfunctional.

What are people not doing that you see as important?

Try not being defensive... (A Christian is supposed to be transparent and open to share things)

I am saying only 10% of churches teach Bible prophecy and are not helping people to be ready for the rapture and return of JESUS. All churches need to help prepare their people to be ready and looking for Jesus's return. If Jesus returns today are you ready to meet Him in the clouds are do you feel you would need to do some praying, confessing and repenting first??

We are to walk in a worthy manner ALL the time. We are to walk by the power of the Spirit. I understand your concern for those who are not taking bible prophecy seriously enough. But these are not taking any part of the bible seriously enough.

A person can die at any time. We are to always be ready...to watch and pray.

Personally, I have met Him in the Clouds (already).

And as such, I would offer that there is more that the church is not doing than just not preaching bible prophecy in preparation for His coming. Actually, it's much worse than that. Most of Christendom followed Israel in not being able to distinguish the times and don't even know where we are on the revelation timeline, or that the cross was the apex of transition between this world and the kingdom. Instead, they have taken an Old Testament prophecy that was given specifically to Israel about the coming of Christ, saying to "Wait upon the Lord", and have continued waiting for some 2000 years past His coming and return, which He said He would do "quickly." This they do because they do not understand that "God is spirit" and His return was to be in the glory of the Father - not in the flesh. So most have missed it completely.

I thank God He got me out of a Denomination with this same "Tightrope-over-Hell" mentality. ("Gotta stay 'prayed-up'. If you miss a 'repentance', and The Rapture comes...…. Well, you will just be out of luck.")

Jesus will return physically just as he was seen by many ascending into heaven physically!! PTL, Acts. 1:11 "Men of Galilee," they said, "why do you stand here looking into the sky? This same Jesus, who has been taken from you into heaven, will come back in the same way you have seen him go into heaven."

But what did they see, and what "same way" or "manner" were they referring to?

Can the spirit of God be seen?

No...they did not see what cannot be seen. They only saw the physical, but not the spiritual "way" or "manner", and therefore that is what men believe. But Jesus prepared them to know the difference, to know the true, that He was going to the Father...whom is spirit, and He told them, "the world sees me no more."

So, we look at they angel said with eyes of flesh, or with spiritual eyes?

"God is spirit."

And yet every eye shall see Him. Eyes do not see spirits. "Spirits have not flesh and bone and ye see I have". "I, the flesh and bone Messiah will come again, and take you to where I am". Wherefore comfort one another with these words".

One feels compelled to point out that those who believe in a pre-trib rapture, fundamentally have nothing to "prepare" for...do they not? Isn't the teaching that at any second the Church will be yanked off the planet to heaven, where they will have no part in anything that goes on below?
So...if they have nothing to do with said 'yanking'...that will be done by Christ alone, and they do not need to prepare themselves for the Tribualtion or any hardships or persecution...what, pray tell, are you suggesting they actually be ready for?? How can a person be "more ready" to be off to heaven then they are by reading the word, loving Christ and longing for his return (which I hope most Christians intinctively do)?

Jesus ascended into the clouds in His physical body=the the same body Jesus had a few days before eating fish on the lake shore with His disciples!!

Jesus is returning for those that are looking and expecting His return. HEBREWS 9:28 Don't be left behind!!

If that. Could be 1%.

But there is way too much confusion about Bible prophecy in all of Christendom. It is evident right here on this forum.

So preparation for the coming of Christ for His saints boils down to 1 John 3:3:And every man that hath this hope [of the Rapture] in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure.

John also says "Little children, keep yourselves from idols".

Correct. So it is not *prepare for* but *prepare yourself daily*.

TITUS 2
11 For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men,
12 Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world;
13 Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ... [THE RAPTURE]

Hmmm, yeah. Didn't really answer my question or address what it is all these "lacking" churches are supposed to be preparing for. By your own admission those looking for a Rapture only have to prepare for the Rapture.

Well, apart from some blatant [text addition] there, sure. But one does not need to be expecting a pre-trib rapture to be ready, daily, for Christ's return.
