Christ didn’t hide himself, he shows us fully who he is.

I'm not sure you understand the point. You must recognize that Jesus Christ comes the Second time as King of Kings and Lord of Lords. Which is His true position. The King of Kings and Lord of Lords didn't come that way His First time. Was Jesus, while lying in the manger as a Babe, King of Kings and Lord of Lords? Yes. But you wouldn't know it based on the appearance and His circumstances.

If Jesus Christ came in all His glory, nothing hidden, could anyone claim, "...he hath no form nor comeliness; and when we shall see him, there is no beauty that we should desire him." ? (Is. 53:2) Or would you fall down as one dead and worship Him? (Rev. 1:17) I believe the latter is true.

Will Jesus come riding a donkey when He returns as He rode into Jerusalem His first time? (Matt. 21:5) Or upon a white charger fit for a King.(Rev. 19:11)

etc., etc., etc.

I’ll see him the same way I see him now. Full of mercy.

Genesis 49:11-12 KJV
[11] Binding his foal unto the vine, and his ass's colt unto the choice vine; he washed his garments in wine, and his clothes in the blood of grapes: [12] His eyes shall be red with wine, and his teeth white with milk.

Tecarta Bible PremiumThe mule is clearly seen here. It the old and New Testament contrast(love your enemies)

There is mercy and forgiveness but there is also truth and righteousness. It is not I that ignore one side, it is you.

Truth and righteousness IS mercy and forgiveness. Is it not? Isaiah 5:7
[7] For the vineyard of the Lord of hosts is the house of Israel, and the men of Judah his pleasant plant: and he looked for judgment, but behold oppression; for righteousness, but behold a cry.

The questions are, who’s the vine, what are the grapes, and what’s this wine that he washes his garments in. This whole thing is a garment, and made of many threads!

He did? Can you Quote this perspective? Ty

Hebrews 9:14
[14] How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?

That is it ...what you are saying(or what I’m hearing) is this ...what Jesus Christ displayed openly to all mankind ...humility, rest, trust, submission. Love. Love for an enemy that used Him and hated Him and rejected Him which is the world could not possibly be seen as power. He must come in power as seen of man and stomp down in strength, but no where does God say this kind of strength is what overcomes the enemy. Overcome evil with good. And that is what He did. In humility...the enemy has to shut his mouth.

As far as the description that we should not desire Him. Again, seen from the flesh He held no beauty BUT by the Spirit of God He was Hebrews 1:3
[3] Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high;

Purged=overcome our enemy...He sat on the right hand of the Majesty on high;

John 16:25
[25] These things have I spoken unto you in proverbs: but the time cometh, when I shall no more speak unto you in proverbs, but I shall shew you plainly of the Father.

Love IS power.

Yes, as He went in the clouds so He shall He return in the clouds. (Rev. 1:7)

Blasphemous statement.

Ok so I guess you saw Jesus go up into the clouds, fine. Maybe. Bc that statement can be read two ways, so I dunno yet.

Ok, what's the diff in dead works and live ones then? Bc you will be judged for your works, whether good/live or evil/dead, regardless, at
least near as I can tell? There is an essential diff in being under the law and obeying the law, that imo is not being acknowledged here. I think it comes down to "Who are you going to call?" but I'm not sure tbh

And next we should examine this "conscience" part imo, bc it also figures in. See, God's wrath is what I will be assured is being purged in other discussions, right?

Wadr so do bikers, when Harley's are glorified. I know that seems harsh, but pls see the point there. Jesus is hiding from you, just like He did the Two Greeks, ok? "Excited" is what tells me this, wadr
The
Gods wrath was fully exhausted on a hill over two thousand years ago. “It is finished”
