You are misapplying the Scripture. That passage's application means that God is no respecter of a rich person over a poor person.
“Where there is neither Greek nor Jew, circumcision nor uncircumcision, Barbarian, Scythian, bond nor free: but Christ is all, and in all.” (Colossians 3:11)

But you think your free will choice saved you.

No, I do not. But I believe that I could have refused the gift of faith and been damned--in fact, Scripture says that those who do NOT believe are damned already. So I was damned already but I thank God every day that He reached down into the pit of hell and pulled me out. That is where you and I differ. You think that you are part of some privileged club--destined always to be a prince of the Church. Not much different from Catholicism--but then, Calvin was raised in the RCC.

You are misinterpreting that passage. It means that all are equal before God. Surely you don't believe that there is no difference between men and women? I'll answer for you--there are obvious differences between men and women. But they are "co-heirs in Christ Jesus".

I looked up what a Jezebel spirit is - absolutely stunned that ' someone ' would think that of me , taken and Helen. The worst ' demonic ' power in satans kingdom.
It' encourages marriages to break up, murder, lie, and play games '
Honestly - someone thinks I broke up my marriage, and lie and play games and came here with a motive.
Yes, you have deeply wounded me, Satan scored a home run and it impacted me- I am not as thick skinned as Helen and taken.
I realise to many that archangel was a random poster, but I do not believe that- and I am making that known. It was manipulative, and posted with intent.
So well done ' whoever you are '
I apologise if any reader thinks I am wrong to respond, I left distance between a proper response and this post, I needed to.........
I could have private messaged archangel, but the accusation was made publically.

They WILL be held accountable. How dare they??! God always redeems His children, and you are DEFINITELY one of His ♥
And we always have to remember we are not fighting flesh and blood.
Love to you sister,

"Archangel" is probably a member of some Charismatic or extreme Pentecostal cult. They love to go around saying that this or that godly Christian woman "has a Jezebel spirit". It is ignorant and sadistic.

Yes--some have confused the "Christian life" with asceticism--Francis of Assisi would be one of the more prominent examples...
I don't know much about Francis of Assisi to comment, but I find the Desert Fathers fascinating. Even if their zeal for perfection (Matthew 19:21) is beyond my reach, by reading their stories I can't help it but be humble about my own indifference. Their gentleness is especially noteworthy. Even when someone is wrong or lost, they will not directly correct him so as not to upset or contradict him, but will try to find another way to steer him in the right direction:

One day when Abba John was going up to Scetis with some other brothers, their guide lost his way for it was night-time. So the brothers said to Abba John, ‘What shall we do, Abba, in order not to die wandering about, for the brother has lost the way?’ The old man said to them, ‘If we speak to him, he will be filled with grief and shame. But look here, I will pretend to be ill and say I cannot walk any more; then we can stay here till the dawn.’ This he did. The others said, ‘We will not go on either, but we will stay with you.’ They sat there until the dawn, and in this way they did not upset the brother. - Sayings of the Desert Fathers

Clarence Larkin had some very odd thoughts--some babbling about Egyptian pyramids among other oddities. I am unlikely to endorse any of his thoughts. Name-calling is not apt to win many to your side.

I do so hate that "abbreviation" for one who supports Dispensation (Dispy) Sometimes I see this forum as a huge sandbox full of bickering children and the bullies throwing sand, stones and name-calling...even IF "Dispy" is disguised as an abbreviation it is insulting.
