One thing about the true Israel (Not all are Israel but those of the Promise) but in speaking of Israel we have to be careful to not speak ugly of the “true” because of the “false”...same as the church is spoken negatively because of the “false” instead of the “true” church.

Isn’t it truly amazing? Talk about seeking after another’s gain and profit. Talk about seeking after another’s wealth. True Israel...the prophets saw they prophesied of the grace to come to you(today).

By...the Spirit of Christ which was in them...they in great love and service unto death spoke of the glory that should follow their prophecy of His sufferings and death ...knowing the glory of the children OF PROMISE would follow after Him(they Hear My voice and follow Me)

He is already here in a flaming fire. Earburner not sure what you are saying. There are only two ways ...either under “subject to vanity” and the bondage of corruption or HOPE. Either flesh (subject to vanity) or born again of the Spirit(HOPE). Chastisement of the Father of spirits breaks vanity and brings a new birth and is good and needed for(HOPE) in God the Father and not man. Jeremiah 13:1-27 says it best. We have to keep in mind it IS the flesh which profits nothing. It is the flesh that comes to nothing.

There is no way that Jesus' first visitation fulfilled Zechariah, chapters 12 through 14. Zechariah, chapter 12 is speaking of God Himself coming against the nations which have come against Judah/Jerusalem. This harmonizes with the Ezekiel 38 war to come. When has there ever been such a war in the past? Ezekiel 38:16 tells us that this war will occur in the "distant future". It is during this war that the children of Israel will "see whom they have pierced" (Zechariah 12:10) and call on the Lord Jesus, in repentance and faith. God will rescue them from the forces of Gog.

Why would the Apostle Paul make reference to those who will be alive and become resurrected instantly, ascending into heaven with those who have died in Christ, if there is no Rapture? (1 Thessalonians 4:15-18)

I believe that 2 Thes. 1:8 is referencing the Final Judgment (which comes after the Millennium) when Christ will come to earth with the resurrected saints to judge those rebellious ones raised in the Second Resurrection, for judgment. (Revelation 20:11-15)

We were ALL of the spirit of antichrist before we came to the Lord Jesus in repentance and faith (including you and me).

In terms of salvation, no, He is not. He accepts those who embrace His Son, in repentance and faith, as I said before. But, that does not stop Him from seeing Israel as His "most cherished possession". There are two witnesses in the world--Israel and the Church. Even though God often rejected Israel, He always takes "her" back and will glorify "her" in the End.

Our Lord Jesus Christ loves the Church and gave Himself up for "her" as His Bride. That was the Bride price and He was willing to pay it. But that was not the End.

Satan lied right back to her, leading her further into his trap. Believe also “mammon” encompasses more than money but is the root of all corruption. He told us God Himself subjected the creation to vanity but also subjected the same in Hope. All you mentioned above and more falls under vanity: greed, lust, pride, to covet, to kill, steal, and destroy. To lie. To cheat. To oppress. It is all about corruption and vanity. The biggest lie (IMO) in the garden being shame “you are naked” don’t go to Him when He calls “you are naked” “God is not good” “God is vengeance” God’s Vengeance is good in bringing one down in subjection to the Father of Spirit that He may live and be free from the bondage of corruption and vanity. Adam and Eve should have known to trust God’s voice over another voice that told them to be ashamed and continue hiding from God rather than humbling themselves for the wrong. Rather than to step out naked to the good chastisement of the One who already knew they had done wrong and desired Mercy.
