I told my mom not to count on having grandchildren and she's fine with that, I don't want children. I'm just not much of a father figure and I'm not a kids type of person, I like the freedom to go off and do my own thing whenever I want.

That is fair. John is going to be my last. Two is enough for both my husband and me. But we talked about fostering in the future if we ever get that desire again. But I am completely satisfied with two kids working at a preschool. It is a huge blessing.

But you may change your mind in a few years or so. Maybe not, but some women, like me, have more of a maternal time clock I think.

So do any of you play any instruments? Maybe we could start a band. :p

I am mainly a singer. But I can play harmonica too. I just havent had one for a super long time. Pretty good at it though.

All the gals on my side of the family were in band for clarinet. But my mom convinced me to join choir, because I always loved to sing, and was the only one in the family who could sing. :D I am grateful she did. I loved choir. But it be neat to learn to play the clarinet or the flute. I personally think the flute is gorgeous.

@Avalon1

Yep it can be good to add to the family tree, and you just may change your mind. :D

I think we are all in the same boat though, in how do we raise up the next generation of children, if I have any later on in life, or Avalon does, or even @Agios. These are certainly challenging times to raise up kids.

I have even thought of possibly having to homeschool if I get a wife and have any kids in the future. But the better outcome would be that no negative changes are made to curriculum at Christian schools in the next 25 years or 30 years. It may be a lot to ask for, but with God all things are possible. I do think it will take a miracle though for far left ideologies to be delayed for that long from entering Christian schools. What the world really needs is a massive revival.

Or it doesn't matter what your view on the order of events in Revelation is, but I am sure we would prefer that the rapture happens first. haha :p

I'm not counting on it haha. But I'm in the market for a girlfriend/wife, I'm praying that God sends me the right person.

I have a few harmonicas in the house, but I am not that good at it haha.

We need to draw in more young adults...especially so I can play matchmaker. Bahahaha (kidding).

There is a lot of wisdom on this site. But I think the in depth discussions may drive millinials and generation y away. Not many of this age group have that maturity level. But the few who are on here, I believe do. There is just a lot of "leaven" that you have to sort through in studying God's Word and different theologies...deeply pray for the truth. Id say evangelism would be an area Id love to see growth in on here. Either that, different age groups strong in faith.

That's one of the reasons why I created this thread, some young adults might see this thread and decide to join.

If this does draw a good crowd, we can eventually have a generation y thread and a millinial thread. I am beginning to see a little bit of the difference between 27 and 33. But I do appreciate the fellowship. I really enjoy talking with people of all ages. It is just wanting to draw in more of this age group. I think it could really benefit both our generation and the older generations.

Posting such pictures here is unfair to senior citizens anywhere! [I'll grant that it may be unfair to the younger generations too if they are unable to partake as much as they might like...]

@Mayflower I don't know if you are into Megaman, but just managed to get a Megaman game on DS for $21 AUD, Megaman games are worth a heap right now, after that for the DS there is no Megaman game cheaper than $49.99, and they go for much more than that.

Some old Nintendo games are really really expensive. Lolz you probably have a collection of games for your gbc I am guessing. If you kept your N64 and N64 games though you could get pretty rich. :p

But I think I will hang onto Megaman Star Force Dragon for a bit though. :D

Howdy, I'm a twenty-two year old male from Alabama.
I enjoy shooting, fishing, I raise chickens and have a garden. I do have a YouTube account though that I will post videos on occasionally.
A lot of people consider me an old soul as I don't own a television and I use a flip phone.

What kind of fish you catch in Bama?

I am no pro fisherman Hehehe, I usually don't catch anything Lolz, but every now and then I will get lucky. Redfin seems to be the most common fish to catch in my part of Victoria, Australia.

Trout can be caught here too, but still haven't caught one on the local river, even though I had hooked a rainbow trout, it came of the hook quite quickly, I have caught one brown trout about half an hour away though in a creek.
