This AP news article is definitely biased...
But it shows that the news is leaking out...

AP Explains: Trump seizes on dubious Biden-Ukraine story
This AP news article is definitely biased...
But it shows that the news is leaking out...
Yeah..."DUBIOUS BIDEN-UKRAINE STORY" LOL! Not biased too much, is it?? It doesn't look dubious to me.
Yeah...
Definitely biased.
But there is some facts in the article...it isn't all rhetoric.
The question is where is the original laptop?
That the "position" of the Obama administration was that the Ukrainian prosecutor was too soft on corruption and his ouster was necessary. So Joe telling them this was necessary was part of his job. Nothing illegal there....unless....The first 2 paragraphs of this report are so wrought with blatant accusations against Trump and loaded adjectives!
So...what facts were you able to glean from it?
Who knows where that laptop is? There is probably a mixture of truth and lies.Yeah...
Definitely biased.
But there is some facts in the article...it isn't all rhetoric.
The question is where is the original laptop?
Oh, c'mon, Trump gets ONE newspaper that's nice to him, lol!Mind now, the NY Post also leans towards supporting Trump.
I'll be content let the courts decide that after the election since I can't say have all the facts. Maybe if he's indicted he can convince a judge and jury of his innocence by waving a Bible during his trials.Every single allegation against President Trump has been a treasonous attempt to overthrow a rightly elected president. President Trump needs to be vindicated against all the false allegations, because he stands for God. God's good name is at stake, should God sit back and allow the democrats who openly hate him, get away with the hipocracy of doing the very things they accuse the president of doing? They deserve to be exposed.
That is the question...Who knows where that laptop is? There is probably a mixture of truth and lies.
Maybe if he's indicted he can convince a judge and jury of his innocence by waving a Bible during his trials.
It isn't treasonous to conspire to manufacture a grounds for impeachment from nothing?I'll be content let the courts decide that after the election since I can't say have all the facts. Maybe if he's indicted he can convince a judge and jury of his innocence by waving a Bible during his trials.
I smiled when you wrote, "a treasonous attempt a rightly elected president." If it's treason to impeach a rightfully elected president, then our constitution would be saying treason was okay.
Let me see if I have the alleged facts straight. Hunter Biden took his computer for repairs. Well, maybe it was someone else because the owner at the computer store said he wasn't sure it was Hunter. An unidentified employee had received the computer, and the owner hadn't seen the person who dropped it off because he's legally blind.
The repair shop looked at the files on it, got interested and made a copy of the entire drive. Then they contacted Rudy Giuliani and gave it to him. Rudy Giuliani who's been trying to dig up dirt in Europe on Hunter for years has this gift fall into his hands. The "evidence" had been in Delaware while Rudy dashed around Europe.
It gets more interesting. The owner of the store is a Trump supporter and apparently also a fan of conspiracy theories who said contradictory things when interviewed by the Daily Beast. He said he had contacted the FBI about it, but he also said the FBI had contacted him.
Does the FBI have a copy of the hard drive? If they do, they're not admitting it. If the owner of the store gave them them his copy, how did he give a copy to Giuliani? Did he make two or more copies? Did Giuliani give the NY Post his copy or another copy, or did the NY Post only get to see his copy?
Mind now, the NY Post also leans towards supporting Trump.
Has anyone noticed that if this story is true, someone committed a crime to get the story? Twitter and Facebook could get in hot water themselves for allowing information obtained illegally on their sites.
My guess? Rudy Giuliani may have found some awkward stuff on Hunter in Europe. Maybe there is even a sex tape. He also could have added junk of his own and then bribed the owner of the computer repair shop to give a lame story about not knowing who dropped off the computer.
Rudy Giuliani is more apt to go to jail over this than Hunter Biden. We may never know what files if any on the drive were real and obtained in Europe and what files were manufactured by Rudy. It's more craziness from Rudy if you ask me. One of his associates involved in trying to dig up dirt on Hunter was already sanctioned by US Treasury for his ties to certain Russians; and two of Giuliani's associates were arrested as they tried to board a plane to leave the US after eating at a restaurant with him.
To be sure, Hunter Biden is no saint, but this story reeks of being politically motivated. Rudy must be very desperate for money to have hatched such a feeble plot. Ah, but he has that exorbitant alimony to pay to his third wife. He says he's Trump personal attorney but Trump doesn't pay him. What kind of arrangement is that? Is Trump really that cheap, or does he know Rudy's not worth paying? I suspect there are some things we may never know about the relationship between Trump and Giuliani.
Does it matter? To voters, probably not. If Trump could get elected with the allegations of Stormy Daniels and who knows how many other women hanging over him, I doubt many people are that concerned about what the son of a candidate is accused of doing.
Trump has been pressuring AG Barr to prosecute people. Barr hasn't. Why would that be? The answer is simple. If the FBI had good evidence that Hunter and Joe Biden had committed crimes, Barr wouldn't have had to order their arrest. His deputies would have, long ago. While it's wrong to arrest someone only because they're your political enemy, there is absolutely nothing wrong with arresting them if you have good evidence that would stand up in court. Thus, Barr and the Justice Department would gladly have prosecuted the Bidens if they had the goods on them. Trump would have been delighted. Barr doesn't have the goods, so he's not taking action. He'd be crazy to do that too -- he could wind up in prison himself for prosecuting someone with malicious political motives. I don't like Barr that much, but he's not dumb enough to risk prison time himself by using his office to prosecute anyone with purely political motives. Giuliani may be be that stupid in how he's going about trying to please Trump. We'll see.
It's up to the House to decide what evidence is relevant to impeaching a president and then up to the Senate to decide. It's not up to me to say that the people I disagree are treasonous. I'm not the judge and jury. I may have opinions, but I wouldn't call the side I disagree with treasonous. They are probably representing the people who voted them into office. I wouldn't call that treason. It isn't treasonous to conspire to manufacture a grounds for impeachment from nothing?

I don't think the FBI was given the laptop. The story being told doesn't make sense. That is the question...
The report is that the shop owner gave the original laptop to the FBI....
Now this is where the sausage gets made.
Why was this laptop (in FBI hands a year ago) not brought forward for the congressional investigation?
Was it "hidden" by some low to mid level agent? Possibly one with a personal agenda?
Was it deliberately withheld or accidentally withheld?
Why is the FBI silent on this?
