New York Post Report:
Emails Show Hunter Biden Sought Lucrative Deals With Chinese Firm

OCTOBER 15, 2020 By Jordan Davidson

Democratic Nominee Joe Biden’s son, Hunter, allegedly pursued business deals with one of China’s largest energy companies in an attempt to cash in “for me and my family,” according to a second bombshell report published by the New York Post Thursday.

This story follows a shocking report published Wednesday at the Post, revealing emails, documents and photos detailing how Hunter leveraged of his father’s position as vice president for gain with the Ukrainian energy company Burisma. Twitter and Facebook censored Wednesday’s story, preventing it from being linked in posts or direct messages.

The Post reports that emails found on a laptop hard drive that was dropped off at a Delaware repair shop and never picked up demonstrate that Hunter Biden “pursued lucrative deals involving China’s largest private energy company,” the former Shanghai-based conglomerate CEFC China Energy Co. In one email, Hunter described a business deal as “interesting for me and my family.”

One deal, an email noted, included Hunter as the “Chair / Vice Chair depending on agreement with CEFC” with pay at “850” and could offer monetary compensation for six people.

Those involved in the email from James Gilliar of the international consulting firm J2cR, including Hunter, were allegedly part of the four people who created a “provisional agreement” to split 80 percent of the “equity” of the company equally with “10 for Jim” and “10 held by H for the big guy?”

Those outlined for the share split were only identified by nicknames or initials, but one line from Gilliar, noting “I am happy to raise any detail with Zang if there is [sic] shortfalls ?” seems shows that Zang Jian Jun, the former executive director of CEFC China, was involved.

Another deal orchestrated by Hunter involved the arrested chairman of CEFC, Ye Jianming, who “had ties to the Chinese military and intelligence service,” for half-ownership of a holding company that was expected to provide Biden with more than $10 million a year” and occurred in 2017.

The Post reports that Ye coordinated an agreement with CEFC which offered Hunter money “for introductions alone.”

“The chairman changed that deal after we me[t] in MIAMI TO A MUCH MORE LASTING AND LUCRATIVE ARRANGEMENT to create a holding company 50% percent [sic] owned by ME and 50% owned by him,” Hunter reportedly said.

“Consulting fees is one piece of our income stream but the reason this proposal by the chairman was so much more interesting to me and my family is that we would also be partners inn [sic] the equity and profits of the JV’s [joint venture’s] investments” he added.

The email was originally sent to Gongwen Dong, CFO of the investment firm Kam Fei Group in Hong Kong, and was previously “tied to the purchase by Ye-linked companies of two luxury Manhattan apartments that cost a total on $83 million.”

According to the Post, the CEFC “went bankrupt earlier this year” and Ye hasn’t been heard from since his arrest by Chinese authorities in 2018.

In 2017, the Post reports, an attorney engagement letter documented “one of Ye’s top lieutenants, former Hong Kong government official Chi Ping Patrick Ho agreement to pay Biden a $1 million retainer for ‘Counsel to matters related to US law and advice pertaining to the hiring and legal analysis of any US Law Firm or Lawyer.'”

Ho was convicted in 2018 and served a three-year prison sentence in “two schemes to pay $3 million in bribes to high-ranking government officials in Africa for oil rights in Chad and lucrative business deals in Uganda,” before he was returned to Hong Kong.

Other potentially incriminating evidence found on the hard drive includes a photo from 2017 which appears to confirm a Senate report outlining one of Hunter’s now-dissolved companies’ credit dealings with his uncle and aunt, James Biden and his wife Sara Biden.

The photo depicts a “handwritten flowchart of the ownership of ‘Hudson West’ split 50/50 between two entities ultimately controlled by Hunter Biden and someone identified as ‘Chairman.'”

Just last month, the Senate identified the transactions by Hunter and his uncle and aunt “as potential financial criminal activity” after the group spent more than $100,000 on extravagant purchases like airline tickets and Apple products.

The joint report from the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee along with the Senate Treasury Committee also demonstrates that these transactions by Hunter and his business partner Devon Archer were with “Chinese nationals who had deep connections to the Communist Chinese government.”

Hunter also used his connections to form an investment firm “which prioritized investing Chinese capital in overseas projects” and was approved for a business license in China “after a series of meetings arranged by Hunter Biden on a 2013 government trip to China with his vice president father, both flying aboard Air Force Two,” the report states.

According to the Post, “neither Biden’s lawyer, the Joe Biden campaign, Gilliar, Dong, nor Ho’s lawyers returned requests for comment, but Biden’s lawyer has previously said, ‘There is no need for comment on any so-called information provided by Rudy Giuliani.'”

“He has been pushing widely discredited conspiracy theories about the Biden family, openly relying on actors tied to Russian intelligence. His record of dishonesty in these matters speaks for itself,” lawyer George Mesires said.

Let's think about this for a moment... Donald Trump represents the people who voted him into office. He is an adulterer, a womanizer, is twice divorced, and in his third marriage to one of his mistresses. He paid off his porn star and playboy model mistresses, he proudly bragged about groping women and forcibly kissing them, and he bragged about watching naked and half-dressed young women and teenage girls backstage of beauty pageants. He has taken the name of God in vain, he verbally assaults other people, he mocks other people, and he joked about how he wouldn't lose voters if he shoot somebody in the middle of 5th Avenue. This is the man who represents the Christians who support him. This is the man who represents Evangelical Christianity and Conservatism. I'd say, it's no wonder his supporters are being called out for hypocrisy.
Simple: It's a free country! Everyone is entitled to his or her opinion about Trump. We get to decide whether we believe all the junk the MSM has been spewing about him....

Senate Republicans Plan To Subpoena Twitter CEO Over Censorship, Election Interference

OCTOBER 15, 2020 By Jordan Davidson

Sen. Ted Cruz of Texas, joined by Senate Judiciary Chairman Lindsey Graham and Sen. Josh Hawley of Missouri, announced their intentions to formally question Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey over the social media company’s recent censorship and election interference.

“The Senate Judiciary Committee wants to know what the hell is going on,” Cruz said Thursday morning, after announcing the Senate Judiciary Committee would be issuing a subpoena for Dorsey.

“We’re going to finally have an accounting that is long overdue,” Graham added.

According to Cruz, the Senate Judiciary Committee will be voting on the subpoena on Tuesday with the hopes that Dorsey will be able to testify about the censorship next Friday.

The committee invited Dorsey and Twitter “to come before this committee and the American people and explain why Twitter is abusing their corporate power to silence the press and the cover-up allegations of corruption.”

The call for a subpoena comes after Twitter and Facebook engaged in active censorship of the New York Post’s article alleging Hunter Biden’s monetization of foreign companies’ access to his father, Joe Biden, while the latter was vice president.

When Cruz attempted to share the most recent Post article detailing “more corruption” by the Bidens in China Thursday morning, he says he was stopped by the big tech company.

“Just minutes ago. I tried to share that story on Twitter, and Twitter is actively blocking right now in this instance, stories from the New York Post, alleging corruption, and the Biden plant family receiving millions of dollars from Communist China,” Cruz explained.

“This is election interference and weird 19 days out from an election. It has no precedent in the history of democracy,” he added.

Hawley agreed with Cruz, claiming that the freedom of the press and the election were at risk unless the issue is swiftly addressed.

“We believe in a free press in this country and free elections and the attempt to rig an election which is what we’re seeing here by monopolies is unprecedented in American history,” Hawley said. “They have a lot to answer for.”

Twitter Blocks Link To House Republicans’ Press Release On Hunter Biden Story

OCTOBER 15, 2020 By Evita Duffy

Twitter censored an official press release from House Judiciary Committee Republicans after they reposted the bombshell New York Post story indicating Hunter Biden monetized foreign companies’ access to his father, Joe Biden, while the latter was vice president. The emails come from a laptop left at a repair shop that appears to have belonged to Hunter Biden and is under FBI and Senate review.

The link originally tweeted by the House Judiciary Committee Twitter has been reinstated and appears to be working again, coincidentally soon after Sen. Ted Cruz announced the Senate Judiciary Committee will vote on Tuesday to subpoena Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey and that he will testify next Friday.

Twitter posted this warning that appeared when clicking on the House Judiciary Committee Republicans’ press release, which included a link to the New York Post’s Hunter Biden story.

This is the same message that Twitter placed on the original New York Post link Wednesday, warning users that “this link may be unsafe” and that it “has been identified by Twitter or our partners as being potentially spammy or unsafe.”

Rep. Jody Hice (R-GA) wrote on Twitter: “@Twitter is now interfering with an official US House of Representatives website run by@JudiciaryGOP! @Jack will censor the US Government but not vile propaganda spewed by the Iranian Ayatollahs or Communist China?!?!”

https://twitter.com/CongressmanHice/status/1316741807959572490?s=20

When users tried to direct message the House Republicans’ press release, which is posted with an official “.gov” URL, users’ messages were blocked from being sent. Twitter told users, “This request looks like it might be automated. To protect our users from spam and other malicious activity, we can’t complete this action right now. Please try again later.”

Users who wanted to tweet the press release were also censored. Twitter told users who try: “We can’t complete this request because this link has been identified by Twitter or our partners as being potentially harmful.”

I think the ministers who support him are damaging the reputation of Christianity more than Trump is.

What can I say? As Bob Dylan put, "A hard rain is gonna fall." Some of those ministers may go bankrupt after they stop getting government money to subsidize them. What does it tell us when the government classifies churches as "essential businesses" that needed bailed off when coronavirus hit? It tells me that Trump is taking a "socialist" approach to religion. He can run ads about Biden being a socialist, but Trump looks like more of a socialist to me. He wants to buy the support of churches. What will they do if the money from Washington they're addicted to gets turned off?

You're certainly entitled to your opinion, but these ministers answer to God, not you.

What can I say? As Bob Dylan put, "A hard rain is gonna fall."

LOL, it's already falling. Don't you hear it? The leftists are finally having to answer to the people!

I agree with you about these ministers dragging the reputation of Christianity through the mud in an effort to win political favor with Trump. They made their bed, so let them lie in it. Let them suffer the consequences for selling out and compromising their moral convictions in an effort to kiss up to Trump. That's what happens to Christians when they sell out and abandon their convictions in an effort to earn favor from the government.

Twitter CEO’s Mea Culpa for Blocking Post Story Fails
by R. Cort Kirkwood October 15, 2020

Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey’s confession that the social-media site erred in blocking access to the New York Post’s exposé about Joe and Hunter Biden didn’t go over well.

And the replies to his mea culpa show just how out of touch with his site Dorsey is.

The trouble for Dorsey is this: Blocking access to that story — which showed that Joe Biden lied in saying he never discussed with Hunter Biden the latter’s strangely lucrative business deals in Ukraine — proved the site is in the tank for Biden.

And it showed just how far Twitter’ social-justice warriors will go to ensure a Biden victory on November 3.

The Story and Twitter
The trouble for Dorsey began when someone at Twitter tried blocking access to the shocking story.

The Post secured e-mails from a MacBook Pro left at a repair shop. The owner of the shop turned a hard drive from the laptop over to the FBI and Rudy Giuliani, a top advisor to President Trump. E-mails from the hard drive clearly show Joe Biden lied when he said he had “never spoken to my son about his overseas business dealings” in Ukraine.

One e-mail, dated April 17, 2015, thanked Hunter Biden for arranging a meeting with his father, who was then vice president and President Obama’s point man on Ukraine.

A key background detail is Joe Biden’s brag that he forced Ukraine to fire the country’s top prosecutor, who was investigating Burisma Holdings, the company that employed Hunter, a notorious drug addict.

The e-mails, then, belied Joe Biden’s claim that he knew nothing of his son’s lucrative activities, which seemed suspicious given his notorious past.

Twitter acted quickly when the story went viral. It blocked access because the story violated the “Twitter Rules” that forbid sharing “hacked” material, and suspended the Post and White House spokeswoman Kayleigh McEnany.

The e-mails were not, of course, “hacked.”

That move, and a similar effort at Facebook, prompted three letters from Senator Josh Hawley (R-Mo.): one to Facebook, one to Twitter, and one to the general counsel of the Federal Elections Commission.

Hawley asked Dorsey a series of detailed questions about the social-media site’s policies. Then, in a letter to the FEC, accused Twitter and Facebook of illegal contributions to Biden’s presidential campaign.

Dorsey’s Tweet and Replies
“Our communication around our actions on the @nypost article was not great. And blocking URL sharing via tweet or DM with zero context as to why we’re blocking: unacceptable.”

The tweet was unappreciated.

“This is not nearly good enough,” Hawley replied. “In fact, it’s a joke. It’s downright insulting. I will ask you — and @Facebook — to give an explanation UNDER OATH to the Senate subcommittee I chair. These are potential violations of election law, and that’s a crime.”

It's up to the House to decide what evidence is relevant to impeaching a president and then up to the Senate to decide. It's not up to me to say that the people I disagree are treasonous. I'm not the judge and jury. I may have opinions, but I wouldn't call the side I disagree with treasonous. They are probably representing the people who voted them into office. I wouldn't call that treason.

What they attempted was effectively an assassination. From a governing perspective it is the same because Trump would have been removed from office.

Mary Surratt was hanged for her role in conspiring to assassinate Lincoln. Anyone actively involved in a plot to subvert justice in the impeachment should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

I find it interesting that "conservatives" who say they support freedom of speech, freedom of the press and the rights of corporations are now trying to dictate to Twitter and Facebook what they allow on their sites. Perhaps we need a "Ministry of Truth" or a "Ministry of Propaganda" to tell corporations what they can or allow, and what they can or must ban. Where's Goebbels when we need him?

Do Facebook and Twitter owe Trump a platform? I know his campaign is running low on cash, but isn't Fox News enough of a free platform for him?
Also highly amusing is how Trump has so often complained about fake news; but when Facebook and Twitter try to do something about it, he rampages about that. You can't please some people.

I think you are exaggerating by comparing an impeachment to a plot to assassinate. Impeachment is legal by the constitution. Murder is not.

By your way of thinking capital punishment imposed by a court of law would be the same as unlawful murder.

LOL! This shows an utter ignorance in your understanding of FREEDOM OF THE PRESS!

Freedom of the press is supposed to ensure the free exchange of information and ideas. Companies like FaceBook, Twitter, and many of the MSM outlets have thumbed their noses at this constitutional right of THE PEOPLE to know what's going on! The liberal leftist MSM have become dictators and tyrants!

When you find a perfect person, much less a politician you let me know. I do not condone what he has done, but I support what he is doing. We have such a thing in Christianity called forgiveness...look it up. And it is not only him it is what the Republican party is doing....
God is part of their campaign.
They fight for the rights of Christians.
They support patriotism.
They are against the murder of over 600,000 babies a year.
They are for law and order.
They oppose murderous rioters.
They fight the war on drugs and drug trafficking.
Securing our borders.
They promote choice of education.
They are against teaching or children atheism.
They oppose turning this state into a communist country.
They promote fair trade with other countries.
They are successful at taking down terrorists.
There is long list of things that President Trump has done for the American people, whether it is heath or prescription drugs or economic and job improvements.

So where do you stand? We have fought various form of communism through out history. Know it is internal, the godless are trying to turn the country to communism. If you support the godless and communism, you need to admit it. Have a little courage and stand up for what you believe!

Every single allegation against President Trump has been a treasonous attempt to overthrow a rightly elected president. President Trump needs to be vindicated against all the false allegations, because he stands for God. God's good name is at stake, should God sit back and allow the democrats who openly hate him, get away with the hipocracy of doing the very things they accuse the president of doing? They deserve to be exposed.

Ummmmmm, and I've been saying all along that give then Prophetic Psalms concept*, that Psalms 109 [19-109 = 2009 Inaguration Year) is prophetic for Obama, as we WILL see these crimes end up at his feet; he WILL be Bankrupt for all his Legal Fees; he WILL end up in an early grave; his Wife WILL end up a Widow; his Children WILL end up begging in the Street; and the sins of his Parents WILL be brought before the LORD.

* J.R. Church, "Hidden Prophecies In The Psalms"

... and I strongly suspect that every other domino will also fall.

Impeachment is a legal means to overthrow the government, assassination is an illegal means to do the same. It someone involved with procuring evidence to be used for impeachment fabricates that evidence it shows an intent to overthrow the government, same as it would should they plot to assassinate.

I'd call it abuse of process. Malicious prosecution. Just my opinion.

Much love!
People with different leanings will have different opinions. Does that mean we should call each other treasonous?

What would you call it when a President urges his Attorney General to prosecute his political opposition?

If I'm considered an enemy now, then I will love, bless, and pray for the people who see me as their enemy. May God bless them.

Luke 6:27-31

“But to you who are listening I say: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you. If someone slaps you on one cheek, turn to them the other also. If someone takes your coat, do not withhold your shirt from them. Give to everyone who asks you, and if anyone takes what belongs to you, do not demand it back. Do to others as you would have them do to you."
