Purposely sinning is also trampling on the blood of Christ. That's the point Hebrews 10:26 is talking about. That's easily the more prevalent trampling on the blood of Christ that we see in the church today—sinning because you're under grace. The church knows nothing about doing right because you're under grace. It has trampled on the blood of Christ by rejecting that truth.
I can sin as much as I want and STILL make it to Heaven....knowing “ that” has just the opposite outcome as you think it does....it makes me want to sin less ...
When God handed me my Freedom,He also handed me a New Heart .....A heart whose “ WANTS have been changed .....I could take a razor blade and slice off my lips if I “ wanted” to , couldn’t I? It just so happens, I don’t “ want” to ....it’s just like that when you receive your New Heart—- NOBODY can Sin and “ get away with it”..... if you are stupid enough to think you can abuse the Grace Of God and not be Chastised Severely.....have at it! Enjoy your trip to God’s “ Wood-Shed”..... you know what He has there? A Custom Paddle— designed just for you! God will punish Sin as a lesson to both you and others—- Chastisement for Sin has a way of diminishing it.....use a little if the Common Sense That God have you.....
We all have the freedom to Sin.....we all have the Freedom to abuse Grace and we all do both at times.....If you are a “ Child Of God” because you REST in the Gospel Of Grace Plus NOTHING , you CAN “ Sin and get away with it “ as far as your Salvation is concerned —- Salvation was a “ GIFT”, remember? ......and God’s Gifts are “ Irrevocable”......” when we are unfaithful , He is STILL Faithful— God will not deny His Word”
In a nutshell, it’s like “ this”...... the EXACT second I realized I could do what I “ wanted” to do and still be Saved, was the EXACT second I didn’t “ Want” to sin anymore.....Here’s the Secret Of Christianity....Do what you want to do ( you are going to do so anyway in the end) , expect to be punished if you choose to do wrong, and watch God Transform the “ Inside Of the Cup” changing you so that “ YOUR ” Wants Line up with “ HIS “ wants.....Jesus clearly taught when He said that “ Lust”was equal to “ Adultery” , that if you “ want” to commit a Sin, you are just as guilty as the person who goes ahead and “ does” it.....the only difference is that the one who succumbs to Temptation will be Chastised and the other will not.....
When one drops the Burden Of trying to Keep Themselves Saved by being “good enough” and realizes the only thing that EVER Saved them and Keeps them Saved is the Shed Blood Of Jesus Christ.....that realization produces the Love for God that God is looking for. This “ Love” is the Engine that drives the only Type Of Obedience that “ carries any water” as far as God is concerned—— an Obedience spurred by Love- NOT Fear.
“ Love God and live as you please....” Do you understand the thinking behind that? If you do....go to the head of the Class—- it’s the Ultimate Completion Of “ The Christian Walk”...... That “ Walk” is one of Love....NOT a Walk Of Performance, maintained by Fear and Will-Power....you know , all that “ outside of the Cup” stuff that impresses your “ church buddies”......God knows your Heart ....if it is not a “ New Heart” that LONG’S to please God, you are “ NONE of His anyway”.Go out and grab all the “ pleasure” you can From this Fallen World—- it’s the only “ World” you will ever know....God Bless....
