"attempting to rationalize scriptures they have not dealt with before."

THAT is describing my former self - total bullseye. Your statement is far more profound than most realize. And . . . it's easy to tell what it's happening to them. It is easy to tell who understands the Mysterious Plan of God and who does not.

Wow, nice to find another rational mind.

Are you sinless?

do you 24/7 chose to love others and never once decide to chose to serve do you always do what God wants you to do, even though you are tired, and just want a day off, and do not wish to serve this person who hates you and is your enemy?

Do you claim to be sinless, without fault or defect, flawless, absolutely perfect 100% of the time exactly like God the Father?

Can you please explain this?

I am not the one who stated I have passed to mortality or sinlessness so I am confused

Oh, I'm sure you claim to understand scripture, so since you said your not in Hell, I'm wondering when you passed through the gates of hell like Matthew 16:18 states.

This is where the natural mind begins to go mad - Zech 12:4

I see have have a hard time understanding.

I said I praise god I am not in hell where I deserve to be at the moment I woke up

sometime it might help

also some contextual understanding may help also

Matt 16: 18 is Jesus saying the church will go into the world and the gates of hell will not stop it, sadly far to many people misunderstand this basic announcement about the power of the church going into the world to rescue those who need rescued.

You won't find any of the False Five-Fold Ministries preaching John 8:51. Those "Wolves in Sheep's Clothing" avoid it (if they have even read it) like they avoid Romans 8:13.

Wolves in sheep's clothing produce other wolves in sheep's clothing.
'And if Christ be in you,
the body is dead because of sin;
but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.

.. But if the Spirit of Him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you,
.... He that raised up Christ from the dead
...... shall also quicken your mortal bodies by His Spirit that dwelleth in you.
........ Therefore, brethren, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live after the flesh.

.......... For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die:
............ but if ye through the Spirit do mortify
(ie., reckon as dead) the deeds of the body, ye shall live.
For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.'

(Rom 8:10-14)

Hello @The Kreisel,

Taking a verse out of it's context is not good, for it needs to be understood in relation to what came before it, and what comes after it. This verse is part of an argument that is in progress, starting at Romans 5:12. However I believe the verse you have referenced (highlighted above) means just exactly what it says on the basis of the verse that follows (v.14).

*It reminds me of Romans 6:11-14,

'Likewise reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin,
but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body,
that ye should obey it in the lusts thereof.
Neither yield ye your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin:
but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead,
and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God.
For sin shall not have dominion over you:
for ye are not under the law, but under grace.'

Thank you
In Christ Jesus
Chris

I did,

you better reread

Matt 16: 18 And I also say to you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build My church, and the gates of Hades shall notprevail against it.

the context is IT (the church) Not individual people.

ps, you never answered my question, I ask again

Are you sinless?

do you 24/7 chose to love others and never once decide to chose to serve do you always do what God wants you to do, even though you are tired, and just want a day off, and do not wish to serve this person who hates you and is your enemy?

can you please answer

Ah, you too?

can you show me one person who has never experienced death since Christ left?

yes it says my church, it means again satan will not prevail against the church what is the ministry of the church? Find the answer to this and you will find what Satan or the gates of hell will not prevent

ps. A gate is a defensive tool, not a weapon, you put up a gate to keep the enemy out, Jesus said the gates of hell will not prevail, it means it will not keep the enemies of hell (the church) out

and one more time

will you please give me the common courtesy of answering my question. I have answered every one of yours

John 8:51 and Romans 8:13 are out of your context -
Salvation is spirit, soul and body - I Thess 5:23.
There is NO DEATH in Jesus, if your moving deeper into him.

Thanks for the compliment. The more I read and contemplate Kreisel, the more I understand what a threat he was to those on this forum and why they had to ban him. He took you deeper than you were willing to go.
AL, in Biblical exegesis, bringing one verse to the argument is not considered deep, but rather shallow, misguided and extremely incompetent.
Has that notion ever crossed your mind, ...or, let me guess, you're 'not a theologian', right?

No one that I know of yet, but you present no challenge in the Race to LIFE.

Then why did John die? Why did Peter suffer. Crucifition? Why did John die in an island isolated from civilization, why has all men from Christ died?

Are they unrighteous lost souls who will go to hell?

No one that I know of yet, but you present no challenge in the Race to LIFE.
Then your arguing a mute point

if no one has continued to live, according to your argument, they never could be saved, amd thus are in hades awaiting final judgment

you still have not answered my question, it is because you know your guilty and do not live up to that standard yourself? That you are like me and everyone else who follows God but not perfectly?

...no, I think that she is claiming to be utterly deluded, misguided and incompetent as a Biblical exegete. In that case, I 100% concur with her!

Oh, you set the disciples as your example, not the Word of Life.
Typical.
