Picking up our cross is a process. If we fall down -- get up just as Jesus did. Emulate Christ -- dying to yourself and worldly dreams is a process. Even the Son of God walked through this process. It takes time and intimacy with the Lord -- laying down our life is a process. "Whoever...

"Go...and see what the land is, and whether the people who dwell in it are strong or weak, whether they are few or many, and whether the land that they dwell in is good or bad, and whether the cities that they dwell are camps or strongholds, and whether the land is rich or poor, and whether...

If we are "in Christ", we are moving with the most pressing speed, for we are "in" the most dynamic man who ever walked the earth. When He says to us, "Follow me", He is inviting us to a high-speed chase down the roads of our life. On that chase there is no rest except eternal rest and no...

"He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water." - John 7:38 Many needed breakthroughs for the Body of Christ are awaiting the release of this river we carry within. Hearts clogged with unbelief, doubt, and pain through trauma will...

A new breed of Kingdom pioneers is emerging. They are men and women with holy boldness and Christ-like humility. These prophetic trailblazers will forge new paths, break new ground, push back frontiers, and take back enemy territory. They won't slot neatly into a category. They don't fit...

Matthew 14:28-31 -- 28 Peter said to Him, “Lord, if it is You, command me to come to You on the water.” 29 And He said, “Come!” And Peter got out of the boat, and walked on the water and came toward Jesus. 30 But seeing the wind, he became frightened, and beginning to sink, he cried out, “Lord...

The Ezekiel 37 army in the valley of dry bones is beginning to emerge for they were dead (to themselves) at one point, but they've been brought back to life through prophetic utterance, filled with His life, His Spirit, and His resurrection power as an exceedingly great host! They are those who...

Scripture tells us that the veil of the Temple was torn from top to bottom. In Hebrew thought, that veil, the "parokhet," was not decorative. It was a boundary. It marked the line between the manifest presence of God and everything outside of it. Only one man, once a year, could pass through it...

John 15:16 - "You did not choose Me but I chose you, and appointed you that you would go and bear fruit, and that your fruit would remain, so that whatever you ask of the Father in My name He may give to you." Many Christians never progress beyond the basic principles of the gospel: others...

"So Jesus said to them again, 'Peace be with you; as the Father has sent Me, I also send you.'" - John 20:21 Possessing what belongs to us requires change. Unless we choose to progressively walk beyond our own mindsets, we remain where we are presently in life. Regardless of our position in...

We must understand both the wind and the river. The Holy Spirit can come suddenly like a mighty rushing wind and shift a season in a moment. But the Holy Spirit also flows like a river from within the Believer. We cannot control the wind, but we can steward the river. We can pray for the wind of...

We have an enemy who wants open access to our lives...and we have angelic hosts to guide, guard, and protect us here on the earth (Psalm 91:11, Psalm 34:7). As we become more aware of both, while living in this day and time, living a lifestyle of victory becomes our daily norm. "The angel of...

Numbers 13:33 - "And there we saw the giants, the sons of Anak, who come of the giants: and we were in our own sight as grasshoppers, and so we were in their sight." How does the devil see you? Does He see you as a terrifying and mighty warrior of God...or does he see you as a weak target he...

Only with God-given discernment can we tell apart the good and evil influences that surround us. We often come up against "demonic influences". This influence is a spiritual force that twists and taints and pollutes God's ways. It is like a spider web, and people get stuck -- writhing in their...

Romans 12:9,10 - ""Let love be genuine. Abhor what is evil; hold fast to what is good. Love one another with brotherly affection. Outdo one another in showing honor." Honor is a spiritual force that releases blessings in your life. Scripture consistently connects honor with tangible results...

The cave of Adullam is where David hid with his band of distressed, indebted, and discontented men (1 Samuel 22). From these 400 came David's mighty army. After David was anointed King, the Philistines came against him, and he went into the "hold" (2 Sam. 5:17), which 1 Chronicles 11:15...

"The Kingdom of Heaven is like treasure hidden in a field. When a man found it, he hid it again, and then in his joy went and sold all he had and bought that field." - Matthew 13:44 Jesus told His disciples: "If any of you wants to be My follower, you must give up your own way, take up your...

"I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in Him will I trust. Surely He shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence. He shall cover thee with His feathers, and under His wings shalt thou trust: His truth shall be thy shield and...

Psalm 25:12 - "Who is the man who fears the LORD?" - The abiding consciousness of the life is to be God -- not just thinking about Him. The whole of our life inside and out is to be haunted by the presence of God. We are to live and move and have our whole being in God, to look at everything...

Joshua 4:8-9 - "And the children of Israel did so, just as Joshua commanded, and took up twelve stones from the midst of the Jordan, as the Lord had spoken to Joshua, according to the number of the tribes of the children of Israel, and carried them over with them to the place where they lodged...
