I think that we left this next generation a real mess. I'm trying to do what I can to make it better before I leave. I just got tracts in the mail and I'm going to leave them around. I try to do whatever else I can. It's like keeping the Niagara back but we still have to do good while we're here as co-laborers with God.

The food has been doctored - I want to grow our own food again. I don't eat mean but some grains are high in protein like Quinoa. We owned a water filter business for awhile and the water is really bad - there are hormones, pharmaceuticals, and cysts and other unsavory things in the water - even after it's been treated. We use a triple stage reverse osmosis and our water is great. You should see the white filters after a few months - they're disgusting.

Sometimes I can't bear to read the news - there is too much craziness. But I hope that everyone emails their legislators - I do a lot to pressure them to do the right thing.

I found such comfort the other day looking at those old massive churches. The Presence of God really strengthened me. I think that we are like Lot whose soul was vexed, or like Habakuk who couldn't stand looking at the evil. I feel sad for these younger people because they've never known the Ozzie & Harriet days. We watched "Dark Shadows" and never needed slasher shows. There was an innocence that is gone now. I just feel such a longing for God to end all the bad.

That video was heartbreaking. I'm not sure if it's the illuminati creating the wars that drive people from their homelands but I think we have to do more than we're doing. I hate seeing children hurt - they're so vulnerable. I'm confused over the mass migration issue but the way it's being handled is hurting a lot of people. Where a family member lives an illegal from Mexico beat and raped this woman, then cut her eyes out - it was a horrible death. And of course you worry about family members. Then I've read that a lot of young girls are raped while trying to make it to America. I saw this pretty young Mexican girl who was forced into prostitution. It sickened me when she told her story. Humans can tell when another has been through deep pain and I knew that girl had been through it. Her own mother couldn't stand to hear what happened to her. I read that children disappear from DHS - and no one knows what happens to them and some believe they're trafficked. There are a lot of perverts in Hollywood, and thousands of child porn was downloaded in the Pentagon! It's evil at the apex of our government. But as Christians we are to overcome and defeat evil - so why aren't we?

What can we do? I'm for anything that stops human suffering. The only ones who should suffer are those who are doing evil. Are we evangelizing enough? It seems that Christians should lead the way.

Nothing.
They say 75% (it used to be 90) of Americans are Christian.
Maybe if we boycotted these movies? That would wake them up in Hollywood.
But the problem runs so deep.

God is in charge, in the sense that things are going the way He wants them to.
Maybe He has reasons we don't understand.
Maybe this is how it has to end.
We can only trust Him.

I am so with you there SG. I continually pray for my many nieces and nephews and the great nieces and nephews. They have all gone the way of the world yet, I feel a peace when I pray for them to recognize the Lord in their life. There have been some praise reports there but...even if I don't live to see them saved, I still have His peace as His will be done ♥
The world has changed and IS changing so very fast...the sadness, to me, comes from all of the lost souls who do not KNOW Jesus. This last generation...I ask God to give a larger measure of grace and mercy to them yet, He has it all set in place and just praying to soften hearts over the years have yielded many awesome answers from Him ♥
As far as the news goes, I pretty much stopped even paying a whole lot of attention to it. I will still check out what is happening in the Middle East now and then. But, we have His word so...WE KNOW the end of the story, AMEN! ♥♥

I think we are twins! Children are a gift of the Lord. You're right - the problems run deep. I just have some good memories growing up, such as my Nan taking me to church. There was a sense of reverence for God and there were unspoken moral codes that you lived up to; not so today. Its an everything goes culture where wrong is right and right is wrong. The youth are being poisoned from a young age. All we have to do is look at how 1 lone woman - Madelyn Murray O'Hare was able to take the Bible out of every school across America. Where were the Christians??? It angers me that no Christians stood up to challenge her. What was wrong with them?

I have been trying to look for more ways to actually get involved in trying to change this world a little before I leave it. I ordered tracts to leave around but I feel as if I should do more but I'm not sure what. I want to try to change what is being pushed at children but I haven't found something to do yet. If I find something I'm going to volunteer. I know that God is in control and we're to expect a 'falling away' but I still believe that we are to do whatever we can to try to making the world a better place.

The pastor who taught our bible study is a tough man. He told us that he and his wife have been in a restaurant and people around them were cursing and he turned around and told them that they were eating dinner and he didn't want to hear that kind of language. I respect him for that. Maybe if more of us spoke up and didn't passively wait for God to end the world then we could initiate some change. I'm just trying to figure out what to do. I went to the Family Research Council online yesterday and I'm going to look at it again today. But if each of us committed to doing more than I believe that we can impact the world. Another problem I see is that pastors are being swayed to compromise Scripture. We have fake TV preachers like Joel Osteen and Beth Moore.

One thing is for sure - we have a lot of work to do.

I hear you - I constantly pray for my family because of the evil that has multiplied in our world. I have one who has turned from the faith and it hurts - but I keep praying and believe that God will answer.

It is changing so very fast! Every new day brings a fresh assault on our sensibilities. I get prophecy updates and was sent a video of Madonna dressed in an outright occult outfit with an upside down cross, one eye covered, and walking down the steps like in demonic scenes. It was upsetting because of how many young people that was going to ensnare. Hollywood is mostly given over to the evil one. I read where they're slipping the occult into children's video games. I have seen where they're mixing the roles. It's all upside down.

Then I follow updates from places such as "Blacklisted News" and "The Sons of Liberty" and I see how we're having our rights taken away, and how legislators promise the moon then get into office and do nothing. Nothing is right now - everything seems bass-ackward.

I don't know how much longer we can really continue on this way. We know that sin brings the whirlwind - I'm just waiting for the whirlwind to happen any day! I know God hears us - it's just the prolonged remaining in a poisoned culture that's hard. I really can't see our country lasting all that much longer.

Has anyone heard of the John Birch society? I happened across it yesterday and it seems to have some good pamphlets to hand out that I was thinking of ordering.

I used to teach our faith to children in church.
You could teach them to love Jesus and to keep Him close.
You could teach them to trust the New Testament. (The OT is a bit much for them, but I always went through the creation).

This is good because in school they're being taught only science and the big bang.
They could be told that the big bang is when God said. Let there Be Light.
Nothing comes from Nothing!

The other thing is to evangelize our own families.
This is easy but you'll find that one or another will not want to hear this.
Don't insist, it only makes it worse.

Do whatever you can...

Yeah, Hollywood has most certainly been taken over by Satan. So glad we have Pureflix! I do not watch tv-ever! Only time it was on (it;s busted now) was to play Pandora or YouTube, or once in a while watch a pureflix movie...other that that...no "news" or any of those horrible sit-coms. They bore me to death anyhow! Ha, nothing new under the sun, yet they just continue to promote the same paganistic stuff over, and over again. You would think that sex would have become passe by now!
