Amen, what is really strange is that on the one hand there is no fear of God before their faces to depart from evil doing but they all need safe spaces from just about everything else. Ever notice that?

This is precisely what I was seeking to convey to you on the phone the other day. People have been so brainwashed and indoctrinated by their "churches" that they have literally become antichrists in that they regularly oppose his words. It is scary.

That might have went right by me maybe, I don't recall. I am having a little trouble communicating with another freind of mine where she will constantly change the wording in the scripture all the time. But it sometimes appears to be everywhere, some sort of avoidance of the words as they are written in scripture. I don't understand it. You will need to twist or corrupt them in some way to go off in some strange direction they do not go. I think in her case she always tries to take the edge off of them maybe. She is more the kind of person that is been afraid of offending others and so will shun away from the harder places in scripture.

So how much does a person really do? When it’s up to the individual themselves to choose to believe or not?

That is a good point....salvation does not come in a flash...it is something that comes with knowledge and so God’s truth must work on the heart as well as the mind and emotions. Why did Jesus preach as he did and why did he draw such crowds? He told the people what they needed to hear, but not always what they wanted to hear, and for some his words were a stumbling block......but not once do we see Jesus chasing after people when they walked away......he allowed his Father to make the seeds of truth planted by his servants, to grow and transform personalities....the “old personality” died and was buried.....and the new personality took its place, making that sinner washed clean of any former sins. Repentance must precede forgiveness because without acknowledging our sin and genuinely vowing never to follow that path again, there can be no salvation. Will we still sin.....of course, but we will never deliberately violate a command of our Master. Deliberate sin is like premeditated murder....it is calculated before it happens and we did not dismiss the inclination, or take our feet from that path.

When we see those people pointing fingers and condemning the sinner to “hell” because of their homosexuality......are they divorced and remarried without Scriptural grounds? What did Jesus say?

“I say to you that whoever divorces his wife, except on the grounds of sexual immorality, and marries another commits adultery.” (Matt 19:3-9)

There are only two grounds for divorce or remarriage...adultery or death.
So how many of those who want to condemn others are guilty of the same level of sin themselves?
Adultery carried the death penalty.....just like homosexual acts.....the same seriousness to God.

God hates the sin....but not the sinner. All have the opportunity to offer their own sacrifice to God.
A sacrifice costs us something.....just as the sacrifice God made in offering his beloved son in our behalf.

If we have to sacrifice a lifestyle, it will come from the heart, just as those who obey Christ in all things must sacrifice something in order to live in this world controlled by the devil. His traps are everywhere.
Self control is a fruit of God’s spirit.....there are so many areas where we have to exercise it, but like a muscle, the more you use it, the stronger it gets.

With those who stopped, I certainly attempted to do just that. With those who kept on going, I told them the truth through my preaching, so if nothing else, then I at least attempted to either plant or water the seed of God's word in their hearts.

It definitely was not that.

My labor definitely was not in vain.

Did you even read my previous post? I told you that I drove from New Jersey to New York every Saturday to pick up the people who had responded favorably to my/our preaching, and then I drove them to Pennsylvania where I had long Bible studies with them. One of them actually lasted 12 hours.

God told us to preach the gospel to every creature. You know, go out into the highways and byways, and compel them to come in. Why are you so adverse to God's instructions?

Yes, and we are called to sow the word in the hearts of people and to water it. Again, why are you so adverse to God's instructions?

I’m just sharing. What one does is not a matter of my own. That’s none of my business. It’s not all about look what I did…

I did that and this and that. None of that matters in the end.

What does matter is one believed, and loved.

Faith and love. I don’t gotta prove anything to anyone concerning those things cause you know in your heart if you do them or not.

I think this was the biggest sin problem was the evil heart of unbelief when it comes down to it @Aunty Jane, right? Jesus said that there was only one unforgivable sin, wasn't it. They align up I think perfectly.

Words like "love" and "love of God" do not appear a single time in the book of Acts. Nope. Not once.

At the same time, words like "fear" (Acts 2:43, 5:5, 5:11, 19:17), "fear of the Lord" (Acts 9:31), "fear God" (Acts 13:16), "repent" (Acts 2:38, 3:19, 8:22, 17:30, 26:20), and "repentance" (Acts 5:31, 11:18, 13:24, 19:4, 20:21, 26:20) appear there frequently.

What am I saying?

That we should not be spreading the love of God?

No. Instead, I am simply suggesting that your present understanding of the love of God might be sorely lacking.

God chastens those he loves, and he scourges those he receives.

As I have told you before, the Bible says that "God is love." It does not say that "Love is God," but that is what many professing believers have duped themselves into believing. In other words, they start with a warped concept of what "love" is, and then they fashion of "god" of their own making to match that concept.

Jesus is the greatest example of love. It is sacrificial.

Again, Jesus loved the prostitute. He loved the tax collector. He loved the sinners. He did not come to the righteous who thought their stuff did not stink. because they would never recieve him. They do not think they need him because they are good enough.

He did not come to call the righteous but the sinner to repentance.

All one has to know is they have sinned, in fact we all have sinned. and fall short.

God will take care of their personal sin AFTER they are saved, AFTER they are made new creatures.

Before. they have no power over that persons sin. Christians coming to pump their chest to talk down to them and judge them because they are doing something.. all that will do is cause division.

Jesus attacked the religious pharisees because they came in the name of God.

he did not attack the people who were in sin, he loved them, He was judged by the religious for eating and dining and hanging out and loving them.

why do people want to be pharisees? (well I am sure I know why, its satans greatest victory)

The love of Christ is what constrained Paul to live for Christ, yet he persuaded men because he understood the terror of the Lord. According to his own testimony, he preached that everyone should repent and bring forth works worthy of repentance.

This is spoken to believers. those already born again, This is the bema seat.

The unbeliever is headed to the great white thrown. We are tasked with helping to bring them to tbe BEMA seat.. You do not do that by judging their personal sin which they have no power over anyway
