In heaven we will have glorified bodies that probably don't excrete wastes.
I don't think Adam and Eve had glorified bodies in the garden.

I think adam and eve and food was perfect. so there was no waste.

Being vegetarians, at first anyhow, My guess is that their "poopies" would NOT smell near as bad as a non vegetarian, or especially vegan which is most likely what they were as, animals and humans were meant to consume the same things and, none of that contained meat or even cheese far as I know...?

Stenches are usually caused by some sort of sulfide. So will sulphur be in heaven, I wouldn't be so sure? Sulphur is brimstone.
