The more you defend modern version, the deeper your foot goes into your mouth.

Yes, everything from the NKJV and on, is tweaked and peaked into fancy redefinitions.

They are mere modern commentaries and un-quotable from the pulpit.

The KJV just rolls out when teaching or preaching, but the other versions cause ministers to stop and read them as God is not in the modern versions.

You must directly answer the question.

How does an omnipresent God fit in a non omnipresent body?

    Is Col 2:9 a metaphor?

Now you ignore what I actually said and then said outright lies and absurdities. The only one with their foot in their mouth is you.

The KJV Bible is translated from the Textus Receptus Greek text.
All newer, wannabe bibles are translated from the Westcott and Hort Greek text.
Now you know of why the differences.

Therefore, its you that should study Greek, and how the "religious trends" of the times influence much of the translation into English.

The KJV was translated right in the middle of the Protestant Reformation.
Of course, the trend at that time, after Luther's confrontation with the RCC, was that many believed that the Pope was antichrist, and therefore translated into the KJV, the words "that Wicked", when in reality the Textus Receptus Greek was written as "the wicked", which ALLOWS it to be read in the plural, which is how the context is. 2 Thessalonians 2:8

In what I just reported, did you happen to notice the difference?
By using/inserting the word "that", and then print the "W" in the upper case, they FORCE the reader to view it in the singular, and not the plural, as it is in the TR Greek.
From there, the newer bibles of the WH Greek just compound the error even more so.
Hence my truthful interpretation, there is no one man band, called "THE" Antichrist to come!! Such a belief is unscriptural, according to the TR Greek.

    God is Spirit.
There is No limit on Gods Fullness.
There is No limit "of Fullness" iN Vessels God Can Fill with His Spirit.

You are wondering how God can be a Fullness IN a Body that is a "limited" Vessel.

    The Understanding is This:
Regardless of How MUCH God FILLS a man (Vessel) with His Spirit...God is Never depleted of His OWN Spirit.
Regardless IF God Has Filled a man "FULL"(Vessel) "with His Spirit"...the man will Never be depleated of Gods Spirit.

Ex: IF you have a glass and Overfill the glass with Water...
    What Can happen is:
Your glass will be Full of Water...
The Overflow: can Fall on the floor and be Wasted...
Or the OVERFLOW could fall into Another EMPTY glass.

That original glass Never becomes depleted.
The overflow (into another's glass) "Begins" FILL-ing...that that secondary Glass may also become Full...and Repeat the same.

Applying this ex...and similar examples in Scripture...to a Spiritual Understanding:

    The Glass is a Vessel...(a Bodily man, a man's soul, a man's heart, a man's Mind)

The Water is The Word of God.
The Word of God is Jesus.
    Jesus is The Christ.
Christ is the Power and Wisdom of God.

    The Big Picture is:
All human Body's have a Natural Beginning...
A Natural Beginning HAS a BODY, That Naturally Begins being "Filled" With Natural WORDS, untruths, guesswork, ideas, wondering, etc.

God OFFERS a WAY for an individual TO Become FILLED...with Gods Truth, Gods Life, Gods Power, Gods knowledge, Gods Understanding...that continues constantly Increasing "Overflowing" EVEN when that Individual "Gives/Shares/Overflows".

    Scripture ex.
    Matt 14:
[19] And he commanded the multitude to sit down on the grass, and took the five loaves, and the two fishes, and looking up to heaven, he blessed, and brake, and gave the loaves to his disciples, and the disciples to the multitude.
[20] And they (5,000)did all eat, and were filled:

The multitude came to HEAR Jesus.
But remember: they traveled, in arid heat, are humans, are hungry, distracted by their hunger.

Jesus Got their Attention by Resolving their Hunger for food.
Jesus was Assembled there With them TO FEED their spirit, With His OWN Overflowing Spirit of Truth.

(For Some...their "glass/ Vessel/ Body, soul, spirit, Mind) kept their "water" in their glass...for others, they basically poured out their glass, threw the glass down and walked away, ignoring the Words Jesus was GIVING them.)

    No. A Fact.

    Col 2:9
[9] For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.

    Glory to God,

Great, so, do you think that every thing that God consists of is "encapsulated" inside Jesus' omnipresent body or only God's particular qualities are inside Jesus man sized body?

You are trying for a Mindful Logical answer.

Think Spiritual. A Vessel God Fills is Filled With more than enough...

Jesus' Body was Filled with more than enough, that when the Word of Truth or Spirit of Truth comes out of Him TO/UPON/ or IN an other...He remains Full and Overflowing with the Spirit...

Is Jesus' Body the extent of Gods Spirit, within the confines of that Bodily/ Vessel space? No.

I can NOT understand it for you.

    Glory to God,

Clearly you know you have lost the argument since you refuse to engage the argument.

While you are at it you should learn about how the New versions get their translations and from which manuscripts because you don't know what you are talking about.

You act like people can't/don't know Koine Greek. We do. If you want to keep in your ignorance with your head in the sand, that is on you. But quit spreading lies.

No you don't know ancient Greek, but kinda know it.

It is a dead language with no ancient dictionaries, thus the modern guessing begins.

Case in point. "Greek says "...", but it also can mean "...,, ...and...".

    Right? Every Sunday.

    Right?

Do you think that every bit of what God consists of is inside Jesus' body?

Or, just every bit of God's "traits or qualities"?

Look at the verse very carefully before you answer.

No. We know what it means. But we also know the nuances of words that English CANNOT convey. The Bible was NOT written in English. I'm sure you also think in Revelation Hot is good, Cold is bad right?
