President Obama signed a proclamation declaring the H1N1 influenza a national emergency, giving doctors and medical facilities greater leeway in responding to the flu pandemic. Obama signed the declaration late Friday, which the White House said allows medical treatment facilities to better handle a surge in flu patients by waiving federal requirements on a case-by-case basis. "The foundation of our national approach to the H1N1 flu has been preparedness at all levels -- personal, business, and government -- and this proclamation helps that effort by advancing our overall response capability," the White House said in a statement. In the proclamation, Obama said the pandemic keeps evolving, the rates of illness are rising rapidly in many areas and there's a potential "to overburden health care resources." Because of vaccine production delays, the government has backed off initial, optimistic estimates that as many as 120 million doses would be available by mid-October. As of Wednesday, only 11 million doses had been shipped to health departments, doctor's offices and other providers, according to the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The government now hopes to have about 50 million doses of vaccine for the so-called swine flu out by mid-November and 150 million in December. The flu virus has to be grown in chicken eggs, and the yield hasn't been as high as was initially hoped, officials explained. H1N1 is more widespread now than it's ever been. Health authorities say almost 100 children have died from the flu, and 46 states now have widespread flu activity. Worldwide, more than 5,000 people have reportedly died from swine flu since it emerged this year and developed into a global epidemic, the World Health Organization said Friday. Since most countries have stopped counting individual swine flu cases, the figure is considered an underestimate. The flu has infected millions of Americans and killed nearly 100 children in the U.S. The chief of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said Friday that over a thousand people have died as a result, with 46 states reporting widespread H1N1 activity. "Since the beginning of the pandemic, we've seen more than 1,000 deaths and 20,000 hospitalizations," said Dr. Thomas Frieden, head of the CDC. "We expect it to occur in waves, but we can't predict when those waves will happen." The Associated Press contributed to this report.

The National Emergencies Act was passed in 1976. It has been extended six times. In 2007, the declaration was strengthened with the issuance of National Security Presidential Directive 51 (NSPD-51) which gave the president the authority to do whatever he deems necessary in a vaguely defined “catastrophic emergency” including everything from canceling elections to suspending the Constitution. NSPD-51 (National Security and Homeland Security Presidential Directive) is unconstitutional. It was created on May 4, 2007, as a “presidential directive” (bypassing Congress) and signed by George W. Bush. It claims the power to execute procedures for continuity of the federal government in the event of a “catastrophic emergency.” Such an emergency is construed as “any incident, regardless of location, that results in extraordinary levels of mass casualties, damage, or disruption severely affecting the U.S. population, infrastructure, environment, economy, or government functions.” In other words, it is a martial law directive. On May 10, 2007, The Washington Post characterized NSPD-51 is a “shadow government” directive. The John Warner National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year 2007 states that the military may be used during a “national emergency.” Sec 1076 is extremely explicit, notes Michel Chossudovsky, and “virtually creates a Pinochet style environment for the mass arrest of political dissidents without trial, the storming of public rallies, etc.” NDAA specifically mentions “epidemic” as an excuse to declare martial law

Now let's look into the possible scenarios (an outline or model of an expected or supposed sequence of events) in this current crisis. There are, as I see it, five possible scenarios unfolding here:Vaccinations NOT tainted scenarios:Scenario #1). There is nothing wrong with the vaccine and there never was/is a plan to purposely infect millions of people with a deadly disease. Most Americans believe that this is the case; or while they are not sure of the safety of the vaccines, they cannot fathom that here really is a plan to purposely infect the masses. Any such talk is mere "conspiracy theory," they think. These people are ripe for victimization and enslavement. (Or, they are right, and we are all nuts—not likely.)Scenario #2). There is nothing wrong with the vaccine and it is merely being used to condition the masses to take later (tainted, spiked) vaccinations without question. For if nothing bad happens with this vaccine, all who claimed that it was dangerous will be marginalized and ridiculed into obscurity. Thus, future dissent against future (tainted, spiked) vaccines will have been effectively preempted. In this manner they will get a maximum number of people to take a future lethal vaccination all at the same prescribed time. Because if they don't all take it around the same time, then when the first people to be vaccinated start dropping sick or dead, nobody else new will continue to take the deadly vaccine. We feel that this is a very possible scenario.Tainted vaccine senarious:Scenario #3). The vaccine has a Trojan Horse, it is tainted and designed to "go wrong" and kill millions who take it. Scenario #4). The vaccine will implant a trigger disease into your body that can be activated with another virus or vaccination later on. This is the ticking time-bomb scenario and there is some strong evidence for this—and in our opinion this is the most likely scenario. The worst case—and very possible in this case—is that the implanted trigger was already placed into the "vaccination crowd" among the populations (those who trust the seasonal vaccination programs) in their yearly flu vaccines. As to this later point we again reference the video clip supplied above, where at the 0:58 time mark, Dr. Laibow reveals a shocking revelation: (summary) “...I also had the pleasure of telling them that the [2008, and presumably prior seasonal flu vaccines] FluMist Vaccine which is so widely available in Wall Mart and so on. . . . the FluMist [vaccine] carried two of the three DNA packets in the attenuated viruses that it contains, that the H5N1 genetically-engineered virus required, requires, to become pandemic.” — Source, see video below at the 0:58 time mark. May I note that later the 2009 flu (H1N1 Swine Flu) did go pandemic? And then the host of the interview clarifies (at the 2:34 mark) what the Doctor has just stated with the following: "...so what they were doing was sowing two new genetic docking mechanisms for H5N1 in the people that were taking the FluMist, am I correct? [Dr. Laibow responds: "absolutely"].

Scenario #5). And this is the most ironic scenario. Those people who do become vaccinated with the FluMist H1N1 vaccine will, through the "virus shedding," that Dr. Laibow spoke of as occurring for up to three weeks after taking the mist, actually go around infecting those of us who have not been vaccinated. Thus, the vaccinated people will become hosts for the disease and spread it while they themselves are immune to it. This is also a strong possibility, as the target of a depopulation campaign would be the dissidents, the resistors, the free-thinkers. And on the other hand, those who run out and take their vaccines on government orders or suggestion are docile sheep fit to be New World Order slaves, or so the International Judaics think. So the irony in this scenario is that they use the slaves to inadvertently kill those who would free them. And that is international-Judaic genius. May I also point out that "they" will always try to make people who warn against the New World Order to look like "nuts" and "deranged conspiracy theorists?" And those few who have the courage to expose the overwhelmingly "Jewish" face in the conspiracy to look like "rabid AntiSemites?" This is their defense mechanism and, as we see, it is a very effective one. For instance, look at all those who are exposing some sort of conspiracy—but how many dare to name it "Jewish," even though all the major players are "Jewish." For example, we know that the Liberal Party (Socialists) speakers and leaders are led by Judaics; but even the conservative commentators such as Rush Limbaugh (a Judaic himself), Sean Hannity, Alex Jones (married to a Jewess), Bill O'Reilly, Mark "the great one" Levin (a Judaic himself), Glenn Beck, Michael Savage (a Judaic himself)—none of these men ever mention "Jews." For instance, they will say "International bankers," when all the International Bankers are Jewish bankers, etc. Thomas Jefferson, principal author of the Declaration of Independence and third President of the United States (1801–1809), stated almost prophetically in 1802: “I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies. And that is exactly what the International Judaics have done in the Americas, Europe, Asia, Africa, and at all points of the compass both near and far. Or consider China, the largest remaining Communist nation, and their extreme growth in wealth over the last thirty years. America is so far in debt to China that the bill can never be repaid—the mere interest is almost unbearable. But the average Chinese worker (slave) makes three dollars a day, so they are not the ones reaping the enormous rewards. And "freedom-loving" Americans flock to WallMart to buy these goods at a few percentage points discount. The irony! The true profit-makers are the International Jewish bankers that are drawing interest on all the development loans to China. And contrary to common illusion, Communism and Capitalism flourish quite well side-by-side, but only for the people at the top (the Judaics and their puppet indigenous regimes). This is also the case in the African nations, were the Jewish diamond empire family, the DeBeers (and their fellow-tribesmen Judaics), extracts the lion's share of the world's (blood) diamonds with Negros (virtual slaves) working basically for room-and-board and a few pennies. And "freedom-loving" Americans put these slave-labor diamonds on their sweetheart's hands, wrists, and necks. The irony! And consider the fact that while most of these conservative commentators will complain (and rightly so) about Obama's thirty-something Czars, why will none of them mention the fact that most of these czars are Judaics? I am just pointing out the fact that those who the International Judaics have appointed to us conservatives, Christians, and patriots as our representative voices are controlled men—all of them; yes, even the upstart Glenn Beck (who I kind of like, notwithstanding). How long do you think that the Judaic owner of FOX News (and NewsCorp, etc.), Rupert Murdock, would let a Glenn Beck stay on the air if he dared to mention "Jewish power?" Ten minutes? The point is that you cannot fully trust anyone or anything that you see and hear in the media—all forms of media, including the Internet.
