It might be an issue if there were such a group as Palestinians. There never was a Palestine country per se. No one is saved until they repent and they will repent if they are being drawn to God/Christ. When Jesus was in Israel, there where only 2 of the 12 tribes, Judah, and I believe Benjamin, all the other 10 tribes where scattered to the four winds, it was not till after Israel became a nation that God started calling His people, the rest of the tribes back to Israel.
