Amen ! I think there are a lot of people who don't quite get that part...It took me a very long time to understand that and how awesome that really is...I think of it as being alive on the Mercy Seat in Heaven, for as long as our Father needs it to be, perhaps for eternity, I don't know?

    Thank you Job.

And that's just with regard to the "Priest's office". As our "Passover Lamb", there is also that aspect. Of which, there is "symbolism" that could be investigated, as well as more. So where "is" the Blood of the Lamb?

As for the "life" being in the blood, what is the "life" that is in the blood? First and foremost, it is the "breath of life" that the blood carries.

Just as in the case of the expecting mother, it is the "breath of life" coursing through her veins that sustain the child. For the child does not have it's own "breath of life" until it takes it's first breath. Sorry, I digress.

Perhaps it would be worth considering this more deeply. I shall leave that to you.

though I know I'm jumping in here, but the blood is the life of the body, the flesh. and in the case of Christ, it was bled out onto the ground. so what is the life of that same body that was risen from the grave, is what one should be asking.

the blood that was removed from it, was still removed. when He appeared to the apostles and told Thomas to stick his hand in here and there, there was no blood oozing from His flesh was there, but yet he sat and ate with them.

    John 20
17 Jesus saith unto her, Touch me not; for I am not yet ascended to my Father: but go to my brethren, and say unto them, I ascend unto my Father, and your Father; and to my God, and your God.

    1 Corinthians 15
42 So also is the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in corruption; it is raised in incorruption:
43 It is sown in dishonour; it is raised in glory: it is sown in weakness; it is raised in power:
44 It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body.

    Hebrews 13
2 Be not forgetful to entertain strangers: for thereby some have entertained angels unawares.

God may have a factory on Galaxy X where he makes souls.
Then they wait in line to get a body.
    Can you prove me wrong?

    Can you prove you're right?

What you described is Hinduism and Buddhism.

Not really, since you can't prove how God makes a soul.
That makes my opinion as legitimate as anyone else's opinion.

In Genesis 19, two angels ate with Lot. Beyond that, I can not answer. The best answer, was Job's reply of 1 Cor 15.

Haha! I just wouldn't take the time. :)
You are talking about 'time' but Time is only for this earth and this creation. No lining up for anything. LOL

So the logic here goes that if I refer to someone as having flesh and blood, I am in fact not simply referring to part of the body to describe the whole body, which includes the bones, but I am instead trying to say that said individual has no bones, simply because I didn't mention it? Would you be able to prove this in a court of law? Because this would be a great point for a lawyer to attack someone on, considering how legalistic the argument really is, this argument from silence. If I use the word 'wheels' to refer to a car, I legally am not referring to a car, but simply wheels. By the logic displayed by some here, Jesus didn't have fingernails, toenails, eyelids, a tongue, the whole the whole kit and caboodle, since I neglected to mention it. Great argument.........................................it would be quite hilarious, if this wasn't so serious.

    It's not logic, it's understanding.

Logic plays a part in understanding, that's why God gave you a brain that works........and there really isn't anything logically sound to your argument, which is an argument from silence, not scripture.

I do actually, you saying I don't doesn't mean I don't. You are giving me an interpretation of a book that claims to be inspired from a being that created the heavens, the earth and the sentiment life therein, which makes him the author of logic since he created the genetic code of every creature, yet you are expecting me to believe something that isn't logically sound in the slightest? No thank you. And by the way, Adam and Eve wasn't sown in corruption, for there was no death before the fall. God made everything in six days and it was good, not corrupt. I'm sure them being described as flesh and bone doesn't by the argument of silence make them bloodless.

No, Scripture supports the spiritual body being without blood. Scripture was given you which you fail to answer. So where does your argument, assumption, come from? Certainly not Scripture.

Nowhere does it state that the glorified body will be bloodless any more than it did for the first Adam. Its only there by the argument from silence, by adding onto his word.

IMO our soul goes back to the Most High where it came from, where the soul pre existed before we were born into this world.
there seems to be many taking a second look at the early teachers like origen, i dont care if the church called him a heretic, they also called the Nazarenes heretics.

See post #96, which you did not answer. And, where does your assumption come from that the spiritual body will have blood? Not the Scripture.
