God love ya amadeus! Don't change a bit...I love you as you are. But consider this.
Everybody has a different ministry, mission, and purpose in their Christian walk. I like the ministry and fellowship side of it best. And I am serious when I say that I love the heartfelt, the compassionate, the slow to anger, the peacemakers, and those with healing and ministering spirits, they are the best of Christ’s flock. THE BEST! Better than I. But in the real world, if someone is not willing to stand up and defend the sheep, the wolves will eat them. It is a real thing. God would not let King David build the Temple because he had blood on his hands. But what would have happened if David did not have the courage to fight, to physically stand up for what he believed in? Why should a person that has a heart of gold go nose to nose with evil? Why would I want nasty words to be said to a person that has a heart of love, bestowed upon them by the Holy Spirit. Why would I stand for someone twisting the scriptures for evil and slandering God! It does not matter if you are standing in line at church or on the battlefield, someone had better have the calling to protect the sheep. Doers have a tendency to get into more trouble than those that are spectators and talk rosy words. Telling the truth can get you in trouble. Doing the right thing can get you in trouble. It is a calling, but you better be prepared whether you are a man or a woman, because it is not a pleasant thing to draw down on another. And then you have to be prepared for when you return to the flock of sheep, that they will criticize what you had to do. For those that stand, we have to take it, we don’t want them to understand, we don’t want those thoughts in their heads or those images affecting their hearts. Stay pure of heart amadeus, do not worry there are those that will defend the religion and our country.
