Please pray for my friend Sally

Can you please say a prayer for my friend Sally !

I have known her since we were 4 and 5 years old.
Have not seen her in years, but we do write each other often.

She had a scan done and it showed a mass in the lymph node that was cancer
Then she had a biopsy done [surgery to take a piece of the lump]
She wont know for about 2 weeks the results....

I am so sorry to hear this Grams. I will pray for Sally, for strength and comfort for herself and her loved ones, that she lean on the Lord no matter the outcome. Is Sally a believer in Jesus as Lord?

Yes she is ! She is Catholic...... She says she is saved. We grew up in the same church.
But I moved on to a bible church and there I found I was not till I got into the bible
and had some good teaching by our pastor Tom.... She now goes to a different Catholic Church
then we started out with... So they must have changed and got the bible now.......not just
a prayer book.........

Yes she is ! She is Catholic...... She says she is saved. We grew up in the same church.

I have a Catholic friend who say's she is saved and, surprisingly she is only one of the few Catholics I know who really does know her bible so, we have many things in common..I steer away from Catholic vs Protestant beliefs though. I will also ask God to open Sally's eyes, if need be , to see the true freedom she has in Christ alone. God Bless you Grams,

Oh yes Grams we will pray with you for her. So sad.

And while you are praying for her, can you pray for my friend Mary.
Mary has been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer....she is younger than me..she is only 68, very sad. They told her she'll be on chemotherapy for as long as she lives. ( statistics say 5 years max )

So we can both be praying for both of our dear friends.

Dear LORD
We pray for those who love you and wish to do your will while here on earth.
Keep Sally in your loving arms and give to her the comfort you promised to all of us...Your strength and your love, may she feel all of this.
If it is your will may she have a full healing, and if it's her time, may your strength abound in her life. To her and her family and friends.
We pray in Jesus name.

My friend also thank you ! She does not have a computer any more and has little time
to even use it...
She is taking care of her daughter who is in a wheel chair , and helping with the
grand children also..
She is 82 now......... a year younger then me.
Her life has not been to good...... She lost her husband about 15 years ago.
And her son , who felt bad after the death of his Dad, and started to drink.
And he also passed away a few years after ........
They are all Catholic and I pray they were all saved......
