The question of "who is the Bride of Christ?" was fully answered by the LORD beginning in Genesis, confirmed in the Gospel,
and confirmed again by the Apostles.

It is a "RED HERRING" and a 'RABBIT TRAIL' to be DIVERTED away from the MAIN FOCUS given by the LORD = "the OIL"

In our LORD's parable (10V) the Instruction/Promise/Warning for us is 'the OIL'

Parable = Without the OIL, one cannot enter into Eternal Life

Looking for the Bride is a 'mute' point = specified by the LORD = HE wants our FOCUS on the OIL

Sorry David, you are trying to put words into my post that I did not pen, but you have penned in an attempt to show that I am wrong with your false claim.

I can know the year within a reasonable degree of accuracy depending on the accuracy of the story telling accounts in scripture. However, to pronounce the day or the hour is very much a different problem when we attempt to link our present-day calendars with the calendars in use back before the time of the destruction of Jerusalem in about 70 AD. This is because of the accuracy of the story telling is within plus or minus one, two or three years. This is why I qualify the year by the use of the English word "around," to signify that the stated year is within plus or minus up to three years. That is why when I state that the gathering of the kings of the earth at Armageddon to be judged, at the same time as the heavenly hosts will be judged, will occur "around" the year 2044 AD where the word "around" is indicating that there is a plus or minus three year spread as to when this event will take place.

Perhaps David, you should stop trying to find fault with what I am posting.

From my study of the chronology of the Bible, I know that and age or a day of the Lord has a duration of precisely 1,024 years. I also found that Issac was born in the year 2049 after the creation of Adam at the very beginning of the third Age such that the first two ages spanned a total of 2,048 years. Most people introduce a one-year error as to the year that Isaac was born.

Oh well, such is life. How important is this one-year error with respect to when Isaac was born. Probably immaterial when we look at the large timespans involved.

Jesus was speaking to the people of Israel . The Body of Christ was NOT revealed at that time. God`s word is for us to learn of Christ`s character and His purposes however, it is NOT ALL about `us.`

In the Parable of the Ten Virgins, Jesus was indication to His audience, listening to Him, that there was a long period of time, i.e. two ages, that had to be provisioned for, before Christ came for His Bride.

Scripture in the OT also clearly shows that Israel has to complete the visitation of the father's iniquities until the end of the fourth age of their existence before God will begin gathering them to Himself once more.

Yes, Christians today are a part of His body, and we will be fashioned into His Temple after three days of the Lord has past, after the Israelites causes the existing Temple, during Jesus' first advent, to be destroyed around 70 AD.

Jesus also told that Israel will attempt to rebuild the Temple, but they will not have the means with which to complete this work and that they will become the laughingstock of the world and that the result of this is the gathering of the kings of the earth to put a stop to Israel's foolishness.

However, Jesus also told the crowd listening to Him at that time, that a King will come who is dealing with the Kings of the earth and that they, the Israelites, will have to decide at that time if they can defeat this king judging the kings of the earth, or whether or not they should seek out His terms of peace.

The above is exactly what we are seeing unfolding before us today, after which "all" of Israel will be saved. Sadly, many Christians want to enter into a great theological discussion over what the word "all" means in this statement.

Those with ears to hear and eyes to see will know what is going to actually happen in our near future.

Yes, the Lord said that when He was manifest on earth. However, now the Lord is at the right hand of the Father, in the Godhead - equal, in unity and of the same mind. So, the Lord surely does know when the Father will send Him to gather His body to His own throne in the highest.

I saw the holy city, the new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.

“Come, I will show you the Bride, the Wife of the Lamb.”

Unless you read it correctly and DIRECTLY as stated = you will not SEE "the Bride"
