No, and that's actually a silly question, since it is describing the return of God's River back to this earth. Haven't you read Genesis 2 about God's River once being upon this earth in His Garden of Eden, flowing out of His Garden on earth to feed 4 other rivers upon the earth, two of which still exist on earth today? (Euphrates and Tigris, or Hiddekel).

No sir, Revelation comes to us in signs. For instance the waters mentioned at verse is understanding of God's word. They come at no cost to us financially. Jesus once stated: (Matthew 10:8) . . .You received free, give free. He sent his disciples to help any rightly disposed person to learn all the things he commanded, all one has to do is accept. Everyone you know has been reached by one of his disciples, and has been given the opportunity to take in those waters at no monetary charge. That is not to say there is no sacrifice on the individuals part however, time is certainly involved in learning about God, and most of us give of our talents and treasures as well to see to it that God's will for the earth is accomplished. But those basic waters are free sir.

Yes it most certainly is. It’s a clear and direct hyperlink to the waters of baptism, because the waters of baptism is a hyperlink back to the stories in the tanakh of the land rising up out of the chaotic waters, of Noah and Moses surviving in arks, to the reed sea crushing in on the Egyptians and even alluding to the mythical battle of
El and Leviathan in psalms 74.

i suggest looking at the work by biblical theologians and scholars who know what they are talking about. Tim Mackie for example has a entire series dedicated to this subject within “ The Bible Project “ podcast. He’s. Professor of old Testament theology.

I’m curious what we’re you reading or listening to when you realized these verses are actually connected to baptism? It’s not a silly question at all but a very thoughtful and observant one that goes over the head of the typical lay person with limited understanding of biblical tropes and metaphors.
