Revelation 16:13-14 shows the "beast" and the "false prophet" working those miracles the "another beast" is to do per Revelation 13:13-14. The "beast" of Rev.16:13 is the "another beast", and the "false prophet" also is the "another beast". And the "another beast" will be the Antichrist, the "dragon" (Satan), a beast king. It is the 1st beast of Revelation 13:1-2 that is the kingdom beast.
Where does it say anywhere in God's Word that those born in the flesh are already judged and sentenced to perish in the future "lake of fire" at the end of Revelation 20?
Apparently you have missed that ONLY Satan and his angels as of today are the only ones already judged and sentenced to perish in the future lake of fire. Even Lord Jesus at His 1st coming was very careful not to condemn any flesh man to perish in the lake of fire yet, but only warned some of being in danger of hellfire.
Therefore, when you see Scripture that condemns directly to burn in the lake of fire, and it is pointing to someone personally, then that... reveals that one has already been judged and sentenced to perish...
Ezek 28:14-19
14 Thou art the anointed cherub that covereth; and I have set thee so: thou wast upon the holy mountain of God; thou hast walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire.
15 Thou wast perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity was found in thee.
16 By the multitude of thy merchandise they have filled the midst of thee with violence, and thou hast sinned: therefore I will cast thee as profane out of the mountain of God: and I will destroy thee, O covering cherub, from the midst of the stones of fire.
17 Thine heart was lifted up because of thy beauty, thou hast corrupted thy wisdom by reason of thy brightness: I will cast thee to the ground, I will lay thee before kings, that they may behold thee.
18 Thou hast defiled thy sanctuaries by the multitude of thine iniquities, by the iniquity of thy traffick; therefore will I bring forth a fire from the midst of thee, it shall devour thee, and I will bring thee to ashes upon the earth in the sight of all them that behold thee.
19 All they that know thee among the people shall be astonished at thee: thou shalt be a terror, and never shalt thou be any more.
KJV
That Ezekiel 28 chapter is actually a parable about Satan himself using the flesh king and prince of Tyrus titles. That one was in God's Eden, so we know God is not pointing to the flesh king of Tyre with that, but directly to Satan himself. The "anointed cherub" at God's Altar is another clue He was not speaking about a flesh born man, but about Satan.
And that final sentence of burning from within a fire to destroy him, even upon the earth in the sight of men, that too is a prophecy of Satan being cast into the future "lake of fire".
Rev 17:8
8 The beast that thou sawest was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition: and they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast that was, and is not, and yet is.
KJV
That beast above is about Satan as the coming beast king. That is who will ascend out of that bottomless pit of hell in the Heavenly dimension, even to kill God's two witnesses per Revelation 11:7.
