Jesuit Futurists often confuse prophecies that dealt with the promise of the post-Babylonian captivity restoration of Israel with the end times. These promises are already fulfilled. There is nothing "holy" about what you refer to as the holy land. The church is Israel, not those pseudo-Israelites in the East who are actually descendants of the pagan Russian Khazarian Empire who co-opted Judaism and have duped the entire world, including many Christians today.

Actually, it is fully Scriptural. What is fantasy is your Jesuit Futurist ideas. How can anyone think a "fireball from the Sun" can even begin to compare to the "brightness of His coming" when "our God is a consuming fire" Who holds burning stars a million times the size of our puny little Sun in His hands?

What an insult to all those great Protestant Reformers is your post...men who spent more time studying Scripture/praying ON THE TOILET than the rest of us today will ever accumulate over our liftetimes. They properly understood the prophecies...you are preaching Jesuit falsehoods, my friend. Please consider Historicism at www.historicism.com

Hi Enoch, when you consider that the "great Lisbon earthquake" of 1755, the "Dark Day" and "Blood Red Moon" which appeared that evening in 1780, and the Leonid Meteor shower of 1833, it is easy to see that these sixth-seal events have ALREADY happened...the earthquake being unprecedented, and aspects of the other events being inexplicable...and is what resulted in the "great religious awakening" in which the world began to move away from the idea that Jesus would not return for a thousand years (today, we'd still be claiming that we've still got another 850 years to go!) and that His return is SOON and IMMINENT. And my church was the FIRST to start preaching it :)

    You obviously haven't been there.
I can tell you from personal experience that that area of the world has a special ambiance. Visiting the places mentioned in the Bible gives one a feeling of awe and reverence.
God watches over His Land, Deuteronomy 11:11-12, and His chosen ones who serve Him, will inherit it. Isaiah 65:9, Ephesians 3:6
    This I do agree with.
The prophesies specifically say the Lord will use the sun to carry out His punishment of the nations. Isaiah 30:26a, Psalms 50:1-4, Malachi 4:1. He will use a natural disaster, so as atheistic peoples can continue on in their disbelief.
Your preterist beliefs just 'leave you in the dark' about what will happen in the forthcoming end times.

I wish people understood that there are more than TWO primary schools of thought in eschatology. It is widely believed that Futurism and Preterism are the only two, but before anyone was teaching them, there was HISTORICISM.

As Luther and his contemporaries began making as a pillar of the Protestant Reformation a teaching that was known but not widely disseminated - Historicism - which among other things identified the papacy as the Antichrist of end times prophecy, the Catholic church began to suffer a massive hemorrhage of church members who began flying out of that church and joining up with what were derogatorily referred to as "Protestant innovators", it became necessary for the papacy to concoct an alternative version of prophecy so that the fingers of accusation might be deflected.

Enter Jesuit priests Alcazar and Ribera, the fathers of both JESUIT PRETERISM AND JESUIT FUTURISM respectively, the latter of which you seem to teach.

It is obvious by your assumption that I'm a Preterist that you have no knowledge of Protestant Historicism, which is perfectly fine and no one can blame you because for the last 100 years, the Christian world has done a lot to erase it from existence (except for at least ONE faithful Bible believing church denomination). But, will you ignore this revelation that there are actually THREE schools of thought? I hope not, friend. Peace!

Fine. I'll stick the belief that we do have a future and God has told us about it thru His prophets.
Many events have occurred that seem to fit the prophesies, but close inspection of them proves they don't fulfil them.

The correct way to view the Prophesies is if it can be totally fulfilled, then it will be. Partial or approximate is not good enough.
Remember how accurately fulfilled was Jesus birth in Bethlehem and His riding into Jerusalem on a donkey.

The fact that Futurism and Preterism both came from Jesuit priests in response to the crisis caused by the Protestant Reformers having previously attacked the papacy through the teaching Historicism - that the Antichrist of prophecy is the papacy - demands investigation, not a callous dismissal of the challenge to Preterism/Futurism before the evidence has a chance to speak, right or wrong?

We are commanded to "despise not prophesyings", are we not? How can you brush aside what was the EXCLUSIVE eschatological belief of Protestantism for over 300 years in preference of a JESUIT DIVERSIONARY TACTIC intended to deflect the accusations leveled against the papacy by Historicism...a tactic which was all but unknown to Protestantism until just about 150 years ago?

I neither know about or care what the Jesuits say.
But I do know history and what is prophesied in the Bible to happen in the end times, still awaits fulfilment.

Far from 'despising prophecy', I have studied it intensively for over 10 years and have written more than 800 articles on it.
I look forward with great anticipation to its literal fulfilment in the near future. [literal; where it is possible to be]

Not true. Most prophecy doesn't work like that at all.

Notice in Psalm 22:1 "My God, My God, why have You forsaken Me?" followed by verse 2 "O My God, I cry in the daytime, but You do not hear; And in the night season, and am not silent."

Jesus quoted just a part of the psalm, only part being fulfilled while the other parts were not even about Him, as is evident in John 11:41:

"Then they took away the stone from the place where the dead man was lying. And Jesus lifted up His eyes and said, “Father, I thank You that You have heard Me."

2 Peter 3:7 By God's Word, the present heavens and earth are reserved for burning, they are being kept until the Day of Judgment when the godless will be destroyed.
Plus about a quarter of the Bible, all await a final fulfilment. Some may have had a partial or a preview fulfilment, but that doesn't mean they won't be completely fulfilled in the future.

Do you not think that God should correct the world situation, that is now; once again, as in the days of Noah?

You are in context for revelation, but out of context for the actual truth. Your answer only defines the days in which you live in order to make such an observation.

So...the question is: Will you prefer the actual event time, or when the event occurs within the revelation story timeline of what is written? Will you prefer the renewing of your mind, or to continue thinking according to the way of the world?

Likewise, it is not considered wrong to say that in the fullness of time Christ was crucified. But the greater and actual truth is that it occurred "from the foundation of the world."

The point is...this particular prophecy works both ways making it easy to remain captive to the ways of the world, but not so with most of the other prophecies that you have considered future. With most of them "It is finished."

If you are like most, you will remain captive not knowing the day or the hour...because that day and hour that all that would seem to be future comes to personal fruition...when you die. Nonetheless, we are encouraged to renew our mind unto all truth, before that time, before the end.

    Story time, or real time.

You are taking what Jesus said ("as the days of Noah") incorrectly. He did not mean that God would "correct" the world by water or by fire, but rather finish it while men perceive it not.

As it was in the Days of Noah, so it is today:

1 Thessalonians 5:3-5 You friends, are not in the dark, that Day will not come upon you like a thief. You are children of the Light, of the day. We do not belong to night and darkness. But while they are saying: all is peaceful, all secure; then destruction is upon them, suddenly as the pangs that come upon a woman in childbirth and there will be no escape.

You My friends’ - Those who love Him and keep His commands.

John 15:14-15 You are My friends if you do what I command you. No longer do I call you servants, for a servant does not know what his master is about, I call you friends because I have disclosed to you everything that I heard from the Father.

that Day’- Jesus quoted Isaiah 61:1-2a at the commencement of His ministry. He stopped at ‘and a Day of vengeance of our God’. That therefore, must be the next prophesied event.

    It is wrong to think ‘the Day of the Lord's fiery wrath’ is the Return of Jesus in His glory, for these main reasons;

1/ The situation will hardly be: ‘all is peaceful’, at the end of the Tribulation and with the Anti Christ’s army coming to attack Jerusalem!

2/ The Return will not come ‘as a thief’, that is unexpectedly, because as anyone with a Bible can read that after the AC places his image in the Temple, it will be 1260 days, then the Return.

3/ As described to us in many prophecies, the Day of wrath is a worldwide event, on all nations:

Zephaniah 1:7 Keep silent in the presence of the Lord, for the Day of the Lord is near, the Lord has prepared a sacrifice and set apart those His has invited.

Isaiah 13:9 The Day of the Lord is coming, that cruel Day of wrath and fierce anger, to reduce the earth to a desolation and to destroy the wicked there.

Malachi 4:1 The Day comes, burning like a furnace, all the proud evildoers will be as stubble, that Day will set them ablaze leaving them neither root nor branch.

Revelation 6:17 For the great Day of their wrath has come and who can stand?

like a thief’- That is, unexpectedly to all the godless peoples and to those who have ignored or failed to understand the prophetic warnings.

Revelation 3:3 If you do not wake up, you will not know the moment of My coming.

Revelation 16:15 See: I am coming unexpectedly. Happy is the one who stays awake and ready.

Isaiah 46:10 From the beginning I reveal the end, from ancient times what is yet to be.

    children of the light’-

1 Thess. 5:8 We who belong in the light, must keep prepared and armed with salvation.

Isaiah 42:6 I have formed and destined you to be a light to the nations.....

‘they say; all is peaceful, all secure’- But the enemy nations prepare a surprise attack on Israel.

Micah 4:12 They do not understand God’s purposes, they are gathered like sheaves on the threshing floor.

Matthew 24:37-44 As it was in the days of Noah, so it will be when the Son of Man comes. Then they ate, drank and married right up to the day Noah went into the ark. They knew nothing until the flood came and swept them all away. That is how it will be when the Son of Man comes. Be ready, therefore, lest He comes when you are unprepared.

suddenly destruction is upon them’- This is the Day of the Lord’s vengeance and wrath, prophesied over 100 times in the Bible and accurately described as a CME sunstrike. Isaiah 30:26

Isaiah 47:8-11 Listen to this, you lovers of luxury, living carefree and thinking you will never be in mourning. Suddenly, in a single Day disaster will come upon you.

Jeremiah 25:32-33 The Lord says: Ruin spreads from nation to nation. A mighty tempest blows up and those whom the Lord has slain on that Day will lie scattered all over the world.

there will be no escape’-Everyone will be affected, this Day will come upon everyone. Luke 21:35

Romans 2:3 Do you imagine that you can escape the judgement of God?

Isaiah 2:19 They will creep into caves to hide when the Lord strikes the world with terror.

Revelation 6:16-17 They called out: Hide us from the wrath of God and the Lamb’.

The Fulfilment of the prayer of Asaph:

Events now unfolding in the Middle East are rapidly bringing closer the apocalyptic scenario as predicted in more than 100 prophetic scriptures, mainly Psalms 83, Joel 3:1-3 Isaiah 2:12-21, Isaiah 66:15-16, Jeremiah 4:23-28, Ezekiel 21:1-7, Micah 4:11-12, Zephaniah 1:14-18, 2 Peter 3:10, Revelation 6:12-17

As described, the Lord Himself intervenes and delivers Israel from a massive attack from the Islamic confederation, by the means of a seemingly natural event – a Coronal Mass Ejection that is accurately described by Isaiah 30:26, Malachi 4:1, Psalms 50:1-3

Psalms 83 begins by describing a conspiracy against Israel, by their neighbouring peoples. Their aim is total annihilation of the Jewish State of Israel, to occupy all the Land and to wipe out any remembrance of them. Although each of the tribal groups mentioned is a historic enemy of Israel and has fought against them on various occasions, there is no record that they ever joined in such an alliance. All of the modern nations who are descendants of the peoples mentioned in Psalms 83, are currently obsessed with an Islamic inspired determination to completely eliminate the Jewish State of Israel.

Psalms 81:13-15 O that My people would listen to Me, that Israel would walk in My ways! I would soon subdue their enemies and turn My hand against their adversaries. The haters of the Lord pretend submission to Him, but their fate will endure forever.

Verse 15 tells of a people who hate God [Y’hovah] when they think in their minds that they submit to Him. The word Muslims, means submitters to their God. [Allah]

So then, when we read in Psalm 83:2 “For your enemies raise an uproar, those who hate you hold their heads high”, it is saying that the enemies mentioned, are those who believe they submit to God, but in reality are full of religious pride and are in fact haters of the true God.

Psalms 83:18 So let it be known that You, whose name is Y’hovah are alone the Most High over all the earth.

The reason that God will be so powerfully victorious in this coming attack, is to witness to all unbelievers, especially the Ishmaelite peoples, who will then recognise the true religion and Islam will be discredited.

The writer of Psalms 83, the prophet Asaph, prays that Israel’s current enemies will be just as soundly defeated as were the Midianites, etc, when their armies were scattered and their leaders executed. Judges 7:25 When this prayer is answered, Israel will be a much bigger country, comprising all the area given by God to Abraham. Ezekiel 47:13-23

There will be a terrible loss of life, as well as large numbers of refugees, who will flee from all the Mid East countries. But a holy remnant will survive in Jerusalem. After the Land is cleaned and regenerated, then all the faithful Christian believers be they descendants of Jacob, or grafted in Israelites: will be motivated to emigrate to the holy Land. There, they will be an example to the world of how all should live and 144,000 of them will go out to all peoples and proclaim the coming Kingdom of Jesus. Isaiah 66:19, Revelation 7:1-13

    The Sleeper Awakes:

Psalms 94:1-7 God of vengeance1, show Yourself. Repay the arrogant as they deserve. Rise now and judge the earth, give to the godless their just penalty. Lord: How long will the wicked exult? Evildoers oppress Your people, Your chosen nation. They say: The Lord does not see, the God of Jacob pays no heed.

Isaiah 42:14-15 Long have I restrained Myself2, I kept silence and held Myself in check, now I am like a woman in labor, as in the throes of childbirth. I shall lay waste to the land, dry up rivers and lakes will become deserts.

Psalms 102:13 & 19-20 You will arise and have mercy on Zion, for it is time to pity her. The appointed time has come3. The Lord looks down from His sanctuary on high and surveys the earth. He hears the supplications of the exiles and will set free those threatened with annihilation.

Psalms 78:65-66 Then the Lord awoke as a sleeper awakes4, as a warrior suddenly disturbed. He struck His foes and defeated them, to their eternal shame.

Psalms 2:4-9 The Lord, enthroned in the heavens5 laughs and derides His enemies. Angrily He rebukes them and in His wrath, He devastates the nations, shattering them like a clay pot.

Psalms 11:4-6 The Lord is on His throne in heaven5. He observes all people and judges them. He hates those who love violence. He will rain fiery coals and brimstone upon the wicked peoples6; scorching winds will be their sentence.

Psalms 50:1-5 Our God is coming and will not keep silent. A consuming fire runs ahead of Him and around Him a great storm rages6.

Psalms 18:13 The Lord thundered from the heavens5, He raised His voice amid hail and glowing coals. He hurled forth arrows of lightning6 and sped them to their mark.

Joel 1:15, 2 Peter 3:10, Malachi 4:1, Zeph. 3:8, Isaiah 13:9, Isaiah 66:15-16, Jer. 9:22: The Day is near, the Day of the Lord it comes, as a mighty destruction from the Almighty. On that unexpected Day, the sky will be dispersed with a great noise and the earth will be enveloped in flames7. All peoples will be brought to judgement and many will die.

    Ref; REB. Some verses abridged.

1/ We know God as a God of love, but also of justice and this means that He must exact a just punishment onto those who deny Him and ignore His commands. Nahum 1:2, Isaiah 1:24, Romans 1:18

2/ The Lord has kept out of world affairs and allowed people to follow their own desires. This is our free will choice. Isaiah 64:7, Eccl. 8:5-7, Psalms 89:46, 1 Thess. 4:6-8

3/ God has a plan and all that is prophesied will come to pass at its appointed time. Isaiah 46:10, Psalms 33:10-11

4/ The Lord springs into action! Haggai 2:21-22, Amos 5:9, Joel 2:11, Psalms 144:5-6

5/ This event is NOT the Return, the Lord stays in His sanctuary. Psalm 102:19-20, Isa 60:1-3

6/ The great Day of the Lord’s vengeance and wrath, prophesied over 100 times throughout the Bible, the Day of punishment on the nations, triggered by an attack on the State of Israel. Psalms 83:1-18, Habakkuk 3:12, Isaiah 34:1-5

7/ The only logical explanation for a worldwide fire, is a Coronal Mass Ejection
    sunstrike. Thi
s is confirmed by Isaiah 30:26 and Malachi 4:1. A CME of unprecedented magnitude will strike the earth, the mass of superheated hydrogen plasma will fulfil all the prophesied effects: in the sky, heat, smoke, electrical, volcanic, earthquakes and the loss of our modern infrastructure. Several books give their authors ideas of what the world will be like after the Lord's Day of Wrath. None have fully dealt with the subject; they just tell of the earthquakes, or the storms and tsunamis, or the loss of all electric systems, without realizing that all these things will happen at once. What is more; there will be continuous thick darkness.

Our imaginations are simply not good enough to comprehend the terrible time coming, when the sun will send extreme heat, the earth will shake and shudder, powerful, hurricane strength winds will blow, all areas adjacent to the ocean or big lakes will be inundated and we won't be able to see our hands in front of our face.

Friends, my aim and object in all of my promotion of the Bible prophesies, is to make at least some people aware of what is coming. What we have been told by God, but what most prefer to ignore.
Knowing what it is that is happening, that it IS the Lord's doing, will be a great consolation to every faithful Christian. For we will know He is destroying His [and our] enemies.

He has promised us His protection and the amazing example of how He will do it is in:
Daniel 3:19-27. The three men in the furnace, had angelic protection.
Isaiah 43:2 When you pass thru water, I shall be with you, …… walk thru fire and you will not be scorched....
Isaiah 41:13 For I the Lord, will hold your hand, saying: Fear not, I will help you.
