Desperate? No, not desperate! Sometimes a desire of the flesh, of the old man, tries to regain its old dominion in me... but there is One who is able to defeat such desires. God sent His Son to make it possible for us through the Holy Spirit to overcome such things. Alone I would be in big trouble, but I am not alone.
