How can you say the 5th Seal happened at Pentecost?
The first 4 seals:
1 Conquerors
2 Wars
3 Famine
4 Pestilence. Death from these 4 punishments are limited to 1/4 of the earth from the time of Pentecost until the time of Daniel's 70th week, when a conqueror will once again be able to put to death anyone he wants as were the Babylonians, the Medes and Persians, the Greeks, and the Romans. This is the reason we have not had a new world power since Rome. The 4 winds of Rev 7 will blow in that new Conqueror. See Dan 7:2-3.

God told Ezekiel he was going to send these 4 sore judgments upon Jerusalem in Ez 14:21 sword, famine, noisome beast, and pestilence. The noisome beast is the conqueror. The first conqueror/noisome beast was King Nebuchadnezzar/Babylon who had authority to put anyone to death, 100%, not 25%.
The 5th Seal is the culmination of the church, not the start. You don't have access to nor control over your spirit. You have the Holy Spirit as a replacement for your spirit.
The 5th seal is church martyrs. They died and are found in heaven because Jesus prepared heaven for them and everyone else in Rev 5 as the slain lamb. These have hindered the formation of a new world empire since Pentecost. 2000 years of history are on my side in this debate about the timing of the 5th seal.

I would say that the Holy Spirit weaves itself together with your spirit, that you do not lose your spirit when you accept the Holy Spirit.
The 5th Seal is the rejoining of soul and body with the spirit. Your soul is not your spirit, but separate from both soul and body. When you put on your spirit, you will shine like a star, as bright as the sun. That is what Jesus showed to Peter, James, and John on the mount of Transfiguration. 1 John 3:2
When we leave our bodies, our spirits are further clothed per 2 Cor 5. I think we may shine in these bodies/clothing. We may have a different shine when are grave bodies are resurrected and joined with our spirits, I don't know.
"Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is."

At the Second Coming, the 5th and 6th Seal, we will appear just like Jesus did on the mount of Transfiguration when the spirit is put on over the body. Pentecost was the giving of the Holy Spirit, not one's individual spirit.
The 6th seal is the time immediately following the GT, the time of the 7 bowls. It ends at the end of the chapter as both the throne of God and the Lamb have come to earth to destroy those who have gathered to fight against them.

I agree with what you said about the Transfiguration and Pentecost.
So the multitude in chapter 7 is the church, and they started to physically arrive in Paradise, Resurrection Sunday as the firstfruits of the church now in Heaven. The entire OT redeemed were removed from Abraham's bosom, and entered Paradise. They have been entering throughout the tribulation the great since then.
Chapter 6 ended one vision and chapter 7 begins an entirely new vision. The multitude in chapter 7 consists only of those belonging to Jesus who die during the 3.5 year period of GT. OT saints are not part of this v ision, but they have been in heaven since Rev 5, when the slain Lamb appeared in heaven.

The vision of Rev 7:1 - 8:5
7:1-3 144,000 Jews have to become Christians, sealed with the Holy Spirit, before the final world empire will arise.
7:4-8 The 144,000 Jews are sealed.
7:9-17 The spirits of those who belong to Jesus, but are killed during the 42 month GT are shown in heaven.
Rev 8:1 The silence of the 7th seal represents the fact that it's time for a new song because something new is happening in heaven. The new thing that happens after everyone else has died and gone to heaven during the GT is that the 2 witnesses/144k have been raised from the dead and their bodies ascend into heaven in addition to their spirits. This is the sign of Jesus from Matt 24:30
Rev 8:2 is part of the trumpet vision. Rev 8:6-11:19
Rev 8:5 lightnings, thunders, voices (See Rev 4:5) and an earthquake symbolically say that the throne of God has come to earth. When you see this symbol and/or a return of Jesus, the vision ends.

The 7th seal, the silence in heaven, does chronologically follow the start of the 6th seal; but both visions end at the same point in time.
In Abraham's bosom they were just a soul. The physical death and resurrection of Jesus was the moment the soul was joined to the physical body in that heavenly city known as Paradise. They have been serving God day and night in that heavenly temple.
You can dig up all of the physical bodies of the saints to this day. They won't be raised until the last day. These spirits are given some form or body, but it is not physical.
The soul and spirit were not joined in the first century. The soul was allowed back into God's permanent incorruptible physical body as a son of God.

New Jerusalem does not even exist yet. It will not exist until current creation is brought to an end.
How do you interpret Heb 12:22? "But ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels,"

What scripture says this?
Rev 15:
7 And one of the four beasts gave unto the seven angels seven golden vials full of the wrath of God, who liveth for ever and ever.
8 And the temple was filled with smoke from the glory of God, and from his power; and no man was able to enter into the temple, till the seven plagues of the seven angels were fulfilled.

You claimed heaven was closed but only the temple in heaven was closed.
