That documentation???

and not only do you have no historical evidence you have no scriptural evidence
Using the same vocabulary of reclamation, Constantine acquired several more sites of Christian significance in the Holy Land for the purpose of constructing churches. Most of these sites had been "polluted" by pagan shrines and needed "desacrilization" or deconsecration before they could be used.[41]:39,40 (The practice of "cleansing" a sacred site of its previous spiritual influences was not limited to Christians.) According to Bayliss, the historical writings of Prudentius indicate the deconsecration of a temple merely required the removal of the cult statue and altar.[41]:39,40 However, this was often extended to the removal or even destruction of other statues and icons, votive stelae and all other internal imagery and decoration. Such objects were not always destroyed, some were desacralized or "cleansed" by having crosses chiseled onto them and perhaps a rite performed over them.

What a stupid statement. Your wiki link doesn't prove this. Try reading it. A pagan "RCC" ratified all the books of the Bible in the 4th century??? Seriously??? If what you say is true then the Bible is a pagan book! "He turned Pagan Rome into the Pagan RCC" is a hateful lie supported by the JW's, the Mormons, the SDA, and ignorant fundamentalists. Reputable Protestant historians stopped teaching this lunacy because it doesn't withstand scholarly scrutiny.

This destroys your historical revisionism, a nice way of saying LIES. Baptist mythology is an embarrassment to Baptists.

Per the link, your founder Constantine got the unity of the pagans, Jews and Christians into harmony.

He did not just allow freedom of religion, but they must get together and become a UNIVERSAL religion.

There is much history of this RCC beginning, which after the 4th century, took off like a rocket.

Only Christ has authority to found the church
Amen.

He gave Peter the keys in Matt 16 to open the door for the Jew first at Acts 2:38, the Samaritans at Acts 8 and the Gentiles at Acts 10.

Having the keys made him "the man".

The Church has never pretended that its Authority reaches "over and above" Scripture.
It is in harmony with it.

As I showed you in my last post - the Authority given Christ's Church is GOD-given - and it is supreme earthly Authority.
"WHATEVER" His Church declares held bound or loosed on earth is held bound or loosed in Heaven (Matt. 16:18-19, 18:15-18, John 20:21-23). NOT because the Church says so but because it is guided by the Holy Spirit to ALL Truth (John 16:12-15). It is the Holy Spirit making these declarations through His Church - not men acting on their own.

If there have been sinful men in the history of the Church - that's on THEM - not the Holy Spirit.
And EVERY group has them - including yours . . .
Mmmm. Are you familiar with how the council of Trent was concluded and the sermon by the bishop Reggio? The conclusions thereof destroy your defense.
