Your Claim Is False, The Heavens And Earth Will Be "Dissolved" By The Lords Fire In Judgement, They Will "Pass Away"

The Believer Is To Look For New Heavens And Earth, A New Creation.

(Behold, I Make All Things New)

2 Peter 3:10-13KJV
10 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.
11 Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness,
12 Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?
13 Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.

(Behold, I Make All Things New)

Revelation 21:1-5KJV
1 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.
2 And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.
3 And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.
4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.
5 And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful.

(Behold I "Create" New Heavens And A New Earth)

Isaiah 65:17KJV
17 For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind.

Actually your claim is false but I know you will not believe that and I definitely don't believe you're going by what the scriptures say, so we're going to have to agree to disagree

Well; whether Revelation 21:1 means a totally replaced heavens and earth, or a renewed heavens and earth, we don't know.
It consider it more logical to be renewed, that is: the surface changed and regenerated.
See you there!

I'm curious if you believe hell is part of this earth or another dimension? So is heaven a part of the new earth, and hell is too?

The poster believes and teaches "Annihilationism", the false doctrine of Jehovah's Witnesses & 7th Day Adventist, in denial of conscious torment of the wicked in Hell/Lake of Fire, just to mention one

Wikipedia: Annihilationism (also known as extinctionism or destructionism) is the belief that those who are wicked will perish or cease to exist. It states that after the final judgment, all unsaved human beings, all fallen angels (all of the damned) and Satan himself will be totally destroyed so as to not exist, or that their consciousness will be extinguished rather than suffer everlasting torment in hell (often synonymized with the lake of fire).

If you are going to respond to me and make a statement such as "false doctrine," you are going to have to include your scripture reference for your own view. Thank you.

Are you new to theology?

Do you believe in conscious eternal torment ofthe wicked, a basic Christian doctrine?

It states that after the final judgment, all unsaved human beings, all fallen angels (all of the damned) and Satan himself will be totally destroyed so as to not exist, or that their consciousness will be extinguished rather than suffer everlasting torment in hell (often synonymized with the lake of fire).

So you believe there is no death? That a person a human continues to have consciousness after he/she dies and that a person simply exists in another form? Because if that's true you don't really believe in death, instead you believe death is a doorway to another plain of existence, this is what the pagans believed. The scriptures tell us death is the punishment for sin, not torture. Death is the opposite of life. If you are alive you have consciousness you are aware of your surroundings, if your dead you do not have consciousness you are not aware of anything. It's that angel that became Satan and the Devil who says there is no death. You and others who believe that death is just a doorway to another plain of existence is continuing to believe that lie that Satan stated, that there is no death.

Also the lake of fire that you mentioned, the scriptures say it's the second death. The scriptures also say that death and the grave (or Hades) is thrown into the lake of fire. You are going to tell me that death and the grave (or Hades) will be in torment forever, I don't think so. When the scriptures show us that death and the grave (or Hades) are thrown into the lake of fire it means that death (the death that resulted from Adam) and the grave will never exist again. Just because you have no faith that God can destroy death and the grave and evil out of existence doesn't mean that God can't do that, it just means you have no faith that he can do that.

"Torment, For Ever And Ever" Read It Real Slow

Revelation 14:9-11KJV
9 And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand,
10 The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb:
11 And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.

Discussions on heaven and hell are fruitless and only indulged in by those with vivid imaginations.

As Revelation 21:1-7 tells us; God Himself will come to dwell with mankind on earth. THAT will be heaven!
Hell is just separation from God for eternity. I personally disbelieve in punishment for ever and ever.
If you are going to respond to me and make a statement such as "false doctrine," you are going to have to include your scripture reference for your own view. Thank you.
The problem with some here is the lengthy scriptures they post do not prove their beliefs.
With the example of Revelation 14:11, a quick check on the Interlinear site, shows that verse just says; The smoke of their torment rises day and night..... NOT for ever and ever.

Hello

Perhaps a more literal meaning might be paraphrased in this manner: -

Revelation 14:11: - 11 And the smoke of their torment ascends forever and ever/for three ages; and they have no rest day or night, who worship the beast and his image, and whoever receives the mark of his name.

i.e. from the time of Christ until the time of the finial judgement which spans a period of time a little longer than 3,000 years.

It is just a thought.

Shalom

Like I told you death and the grave( hades) can't feel torment, read that slow. You can quote scripture all you want but death and that grave(hades) still can't feel torment, that's not going to change no matter how much you ignore it.
