He was saved, but he ended up not observing this scripture:

“For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins, But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries.” (Hebrews 10:26-27)

I agree. There will be change, You can’t say you trust someone and never do anything they ask. That just proved you really do not trust them

But be ye perfect in context is God telling these jews who thought they were righteous by the law. That is the standard.

yes we do but is it purposely /intentionally do we plan to commit sin ? that is not grace but flesh. lets face it there are many things about the Life in Christ we fail. failure is ok provided one is trying to correct it through Him. not of us there is a change in us.. the way i see eternal security is just that our salvation is secure . if we sin we want to follow 1 john 1:9 if we fail to follow 1 john 1:9 if we fail to call upon our advocate . was we ever saved might i add we dont have the authority to say who goes who dont. that is Christ job. our part as watchman is to warn of the danger we see

Why do people always pick these sins?

What I want to know is two things.

1. We are all sinners. Why do you think you are better than these people? In Gods eyes your all guilty for all have sinned and fall short

2. Why you think a person who is truly born again would even contemplate these things and or even if they did pout of ust or anger, why they could continue to withstand the chastening of God?

People must not believe God has the power to change lives when they ask silly questions like these. it is like the pharisee who pumps his chest. And praises God he is not like the murder, the adulterer or the theif. (Tax collector)

Fall on your knees and repent. Your not better then those people. You do not deserve salvation. You never will.

Sin IS AGAINST GOD.
Gods SPIRIT Dwelling IN A man....”and that man SINNING”...
WOULD MEAN; Gods Spirit DWELLS IN SIN....not possible.

You may be confusing a mans unbecoming behavior toward man, as SIN...
That is man trespassing against man.
And men forgive men of trespasses.
God forgives men of Sin (Disbelief), in God.

i totally disagree we can sin willfully but no I'm not confusing anything. the Christian walk is about discipleship in which there will be failures . far to many in the past has feel to the wayside . i dont judge salvation who can who can not .your twisting scripture for we are told not to quench the spirit we can fall into temptation and yes WE can sin -James to him who knows to do good and dont is sin. . plz dont try tell me you never sinned after salvation .

The WALK IN Christ, REQUIRES a mans CONVERSION, (regardless if he is called a Christian). Period.

Speaking of HOW TO become SAVED, WHAT Salvation IS, is not Judging Salvation, IT IS doing Works that glorify God!

Two things my friend . One is , those who do such things DO NOT KNOW HIM .
And just as CHRIST , paul and others warned , SO must we . Paul warned several times
IF YE CONTINUE IN HIM , IF YE hold fast , IF
TO THE END . SO any lamb would repeat the same thing . KNOWING i am saved SOLEY BY THE GRACE OF GOD
through FAITH IN JESUS . YET the same spirit that was in paul , would be in us .
THUS we would be reminding the church just like they did . Reminding people that GOD wont be mocked
REMINDING people that who ye obey is whose servant you are ,
REMINDING folks to let not inquity be once named among you as becometh saints .
Rebuking error , casting those who refuse to repent out of the church .
WE WOULD BE DOING ALL OF IT . EVERY WORD written would be engraved upon our hearts .
FOR a lamb KNOWS that JESUS is able to keep them from falling , AND a lamb knows that if one takes off
from HEEDING HIM , LOOK OUT and BEWARE , the end of that man wont be good .

Oh they will , but it wont be eternal life but rather eternal damnation .
JESUS wont be DENIED . Not by mouth and not in heart either .
