A defense (aka an apology) for a foreign deity is an affront to, and an assault on, the Messiah’s God.

Incorrect, an apology[defense] to the correct Hashem

1Pe 3:15 But reverence in your levavot Rebbe, Melech HaMoshiach as Adoneinu, prepared always for a hitstaddekut (an apologetic defense) to everyone coming to you with a she'elah (question), ready with a word concerning the tikvah in you,
OJB
את־יהוה אלהים אתו תקדישו בלבבכם והיו נכנים תמיד להשיב דבר בענוה

The Triune Godhead did not start with Christianity, Jewish monotheism.

The Messiah’s God isn’t the Trinity.

The Messiah’s God isn’t the Trinity.
A thorough Jewish thought

2Co 4:2 But have renounced the hidden things of dishonesty, not walking in craftiness, nor handling the word of God deceitfully; but by manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to every man's conscience in the sight of God.
2Co 4:3 But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost:
2Co 4:4 In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.
2Co 4:5 For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your servants for Jesus' sake.
2Co 4:6 For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.

Yes. It doesn’t alter the fact that the Messiah’s God isn’t the Trinity.

The refutation of the Trinity is the word of the Messiah.

Jesus plainly tells us who his God and the God of his followers is.

Toss away the Kabbalah.

I'm really not into Jewish mysticism brother

I’m glad to hear that. Jewish speculation is a pathway, not the only pathway, to idolatry.

If you’re really into Jesus then you know who his God and our God is - and who his God and our God is not.

If we’re really into Jesus we won’t be involved in defending foreign deities.

The Trinity isn’t the Messiah’s God and our God.

The Trinity is a foreign deity.

Those whose God is the Messiah’s God will not be involved in defending a foreign deity.

Its not God or his word that needs defending.....it is the corrupted truth taught by the "weeds" of Christendom....who hijacked Christianity in the early centuries and formed it into something unrecognizable by the very one they claim as their "Lord". Any wonder Jesus says "I never knew you". (Matthew 7:21-23)

Is this directed at me? :D

Who do you say Jesus is?

Let us join Thomas in his testimony which Jesus did not rebuke or correct.

John 20
26 Eight days later His disciples were again inside the house, and Thomas was with them. Jesus came, though the doors had been barred, and stood among them and said, “Peace to you.” 27 Then He said to Thomas, “Reach here with your finger, and see My hands; and put out your hand and place it in My side. Do not be unbelieving, but [stop doubting and] believe.” 28 Thomas answered Him, “My Lord and my God!” 29 Jesus said to him, “Because you have seen Me, do you now believe? Blessed [happy, spiritually secure, and favored by God] are they who did not see [Me] and yet believed [in Me].”

Matthew 4:10
Then Jesus said to him, “Go away, Satan! For it is written and forever remains written, ‘You shall worship the Lord your God, and serve Him only.’”

Matthew 2:2
“Where is He who has been born King of the Jews? For we have seen His star in the east and have come to worship Him.”

Lk 24
50 Then He led them out as far as Bethany, and lifted up His hands and blessed them. 51 While He was blessing them, He left them and was taken up into heaven. 52 And they worshiped Him and returned to Jerusalem with great joy [fully understanding that He lives and that He is the Son of God]; 53 and they were continually in the temple blessing and praising God.

Heb 1
6 And when He again brings the firstborn [highest-ranking Son] into the world, He says,

“And all the angels of God are to worship Him.”
